This Pañchatīrthi bornze image of Sambhavanātha with parikar is preserved in the sanctuary of Santinātha in Sambhavanātha Temple in Lunasavada Moti Pole, Delhi chakala. It was made by Sresthi . Lāṣāka along with his wife Hāasū for the bliss of his parents and in the memory of Sahisā, Jhesā and Setā, who were the sons of Sresthi Pancāīņa and Ramakū of śrīmāla caste and Brahmāna gaccha. They were the inhabitants of Jesamā grāma. This icon was installed by Srī Buddhisāgarasūri in V.S. 1533, Paușa va.di. 2, Budha (i.e. wed,. 1 January. 1477 A.D. according to Amanta system of months. ॥ संवत् १५३३ वर्षे पोष वदि २ बुधे श्री ब्रह्माणगच्छे श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय श्रेष्ठि पंचाईण भार्या रमकू-सुत सहिसाझेसाषेता निमित्तं श्रेष्ठि लाषाकेन भा. हांसूयुतेन स्वपित्रो : श्रेयोर्थं श्री संभवनाथबिंबं कारापितं प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं श्री श्री श्री श्री श्री बुद्धिसागरसूरिभि: जेसमा ग्राम वास्तव्यः ॥

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Adinātha with parikar is preserved in Ajitanātha Temple in Vaghan pole of the Zaverivad. This icon was installed by Udayacandrasuri of Jiräpallīya vata gaccha in V.S. 1533, Pausa Va.[di] 10, Guru. (i.e. Thurs., 9 Jan., 1477 A.D.) This Bimba was made by Somāka (son of Sre[sthi] Rāul and Rupiņi of Ukeśa caste along with his wife and other family members for the bliss of his father. The donor was inhabitant of Sāṁbalavāda village. संवत् १५३३ व. पोष व. १० गुरौ ऊ.ज्ञा. श्रे. राउल भा. रूपिणि सुत सोमाकेन भा. सिरिआदे भ्रातृ पोईआ भा. प्रीमलदे हर्षा पुत्र भोजाराजादि कुटुंबयुतेन स्वपितृ श्रेयसे श्री आदिनाथबिंब कारितं प्रतिष्ठितं जीरापल्लीय वट गच्छे श्री उदयचंद्रसूरिभिः ॥ सांबलवाडग्रामे ॥
