सं. १५३२ वर्षे श्री श्रीमालज्ञातीय मं. राजा भा. हर्षुसुत राघवेन भा. मफीसमस्त कुटुंबयुतेन अंबिकामूर्ति कारिता प्रतिष्ठिता च लींचवास्तव्य ॥

This Pañchatīrihi bronze of image Śītalanātha with parikar is preserved in Adisvar Temple in Panchbhai's pole, Ghee Kanta. It was made by Sa. Sahajaka, son of Samadhara and Jivini, for the bliss of his brother Sā. Jesā. They were the inhabitant of Nandīpadra. He belonged to Upakesa caste. Sā. Padmā and Lādi were the grand father and grand mother of Sahajāka. This icon was installed by Srisuri in V.S. 1533, Pausa, su.di. 15, (i.e. Mon., 30 Dec., 1476 A.D.).

जीविणि सुत सा. सहजाकेन भ्रातृ सा. जेसा श्रेयोर्थं भ्रातृ सा. सौंभासिमे धनादि कुटुंबयुतेन श्री शीतलनाथबिंबं कारितं प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं श्रीसूरिभिः ॥ श्री नंदीपद्रनगरे ।

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Pārsvanātha with parikar is preserved in the shrine of Ajitanātha in Pachhia pole in the Kalupur area. It was installed by Udaysāgarasuri in the pattāvali of Jnanasāgarasuri in V.S. 1533, Pausa su. [di] 15, Soma. (i.e. Mon., 30 Dec., 1476 A.D.) This icon was made by Matara, Jesinga and Yāyāka, sons of Nāyaṇ and Tīnāde of Srīmāla caste for the bliss of their brother Haasā. The donors were the inhabitants of Mugadī. सं. १५३३ वर्षे पोष सु. १५ सोमे मुगडी वास्तव्य श्रीमाल ज्ञातिश्रेयसे नायण भा. तीणादेसुत मातरजेसिंग यायाकैः समस्त कु. युतै स्वभ्रातृयहसा श्रेयोर्थं श्री पार्श्वनाथबिंब कारित प्र. श्री ज्ञानसागरसूरिपट्टे भट्टा. श्री उदयसागरसूरिभिः ।।
