॥ सं. १५२८ वर्षे वैशाष शुदि ३ शनौ उपकेश ज्ञातीय मेडतवाल गोत्रे सा. श्रीपति भा. रमाई. सदूराज भा. वाछी पु. सीहाकेन स्वपूर्वज श्रेयसे श्री सुविधिनाथबिंबं कारितं प्र. श्री मलधारि गच्छे श्री गुणसुंदरसूरिभि अहमदावाद वास्तव्य ।

This Panchatirthī bronze image of Shāntinätha with parikar is preserved in Chandrapabhaswāmī's Temple, Shantinatha Pole of Kalupur. It was made by Sudhaka [son of Sre [sthi] Siva and Foki] along with his wife Rahi with the precept of Amararatasūri in V.S. 1528, Vaiśākha, su[di] 3, Sani (ie sat., 11 April, 1472 A.D.) at Ahammadabad.

This Pañchatirthi bronze image of Vimalanatha with parikar is preserved in Rṣabhadeva Temple in Jahanpanah's pole, Doshi Vada's Pole. It was made by Gauri. son of Sresthi Kosa and Vilhā of Śrīmāla caste, for the bliss of his parents and his own self. This icon was installed by Śrī Sadhu sundarasuri of Pūrṇimā pakṣa in V.S. 1528 Vaiśākha, su.di. 5, Soma (i.e. Mon., 13 April, 1472 A.D.).
॥ संवत् १५२५ वर्षे वैशाष सुदि ५ सोमे श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय श्रेष्ठि कोशा भार्या विल्हासुत स्वपितृमातृ निमित्तं आत्मश्रेयोर्थं श्री विमलनाथबिंबं । का. प्र. श्री पूर्णिमापक्षे श्री साधुसुंदरसूरिभिः ||
