The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad
प्रक्षे श्री गुणसुंदरसूरीणामुपदेशेन विधिना श्रीः ||

This Pañchatirthī bronze image of Pärshvantha with parikar is preserved in Dhramanath Temple of Gusa Parekh's Pole in Mandavi's pole. It was installed by Bhavadevasūrī of Bhāḍaherā gaccha in V.S. 1524, Chaitra, va.di. 8, Sukra (i.e. Friday, 15 April, 1468 A.D.). This Bimba was made by Dhanāde Sushrāvikā [wife of Să. Dhana, who was a son of sa. Väghā and Vaulde of Ukesha Vamsha, ] along with Manikade, the wife of sā. Manika, for the bliss of her husband.
॥ सं. १५२४ वर्षे चैत्रवदि ८ शुक्रे श्री उकेश वंशे सा. वाधा भा. वउलदे सु. सा. धना भा. धनादे नाम्न्या सु. सा. माणिक भा. माणिकदे युतया स्वभर्तुः श्रेयसे श्री पार्श्वनाथबिंबं कारितं प्रतिष्ठितं भावडहेरागच्छे श्री भावदेवसूरिभिः ॥

This image of Adinatha with parikar is installed in a temple of Navinbhai Ramanlal Shah at Ghanchi's Pole. It was installed by Lakṣmīsāgarsūri of Tapa gaccha [in the Paṭṭāvali of Ratnashekharsuri] in V.S. 1524, Vaiśākha, su.di. 2 (i.e. Sunday, 24 April, 1468 A.D.) This Bimba was made by Sonpāla and Limbāka for the bliss of their mother and father. They were in habitant of Ahammadābāda and belonged to Ukesha caste.
