This Chauvīsī bronze image of Šītalanātha with parikar is preserved in Shāmalā Pārshvanāth Temple in Lambesara's Pole, Calico Dome, Relief Road, It was made by Pūjaka along with his wife Pū jalade for his own bliss. He was the son of Bha. Golā and Golānade. This icon was installed by Śrī Kamalaprabhasūri, a pupil of Śrī Jayamangalasūri (in the Pattāvali of Srī Hemacandrasūri] of Bịhad gaccha in V.S. 1519, Māgha, su.di, Sani (i.e. Sat., 29 Jan., 1463 A.D.). The donor was the inhabitant of Unchisheri in Sripattan. This Pañchatīrthī bronze image of Munisuvrataswami with parikar is preserved in Shāmalā Pārshvanāth Temple in Lambesara's Pole, Calico Dome, Relief Road. It was made by Māņika along with his wife Manikade as well as brother Hansa, Ratna, son Vidyadhara, Udayasimha and Vijayasī, for his own spiritual bliss with the precept of Añcala Gaccheśa Sri Vijayakesarisūri.
