The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad
Doshivada's Pole. It was made by Naiyāka, son of Sre. Hira and Hīmāde of Srīmāla caste. He was the inhabitant of Jāmbū village. This Bimba was installed by Sri Bhāvadevasūri in V.S. 1519, Kārttika, va.di. 1, Soma, (i.e. Mon., 8 Nov., 1462 A.D.). ॥ सं. १५१९ वर्षे कार्तिक वदि १ सोमे श्री भावडरगच्छे श्री श्रीमाल. हेलहग्रामेभ्य श्रे. हीरा भा. हीमादे. पु. नाईआकेन श्री श्रेयांसनाथबिंबं का. श्री कालिकाचार्य संताने प्रतिष्ठि[ष्ठि]तं श्री भावदेवसूरिभिः ।। जावू वास्ते[स्तव्य] ॥

This Pañchatīrthĩ bronze image of Dharmmanātha with parikar is preserved in Sambhavanāth Temple in Kalushah's Pole, Kalu pur. It was made by Cāṁpā, along with his wife Pālāhaņade and sons Punā, Mahipā, Gahiyā, for their own bliss. Campā was the son of Śrīmālī Nāthā and Pārvatī of Bhāvadāra gaccha. The donor was the inhabitant of Puņasură. This icon was installed by Srī Bhavadevasūri in V.S. 1519, Karttika, va.di., 1, Soma (i.e. Mon., 8 Nov. 1462 A.D.)

This Chauvīsī bronze image of Shītalanātha with parikar is preserved in Padmaprabhaswāmi Temple in Talia Pole of Sarangpur. It was made by Dhanā, Vanā, Muhā, Manapati, sons of Sresthi Kadayā and Kasmīrade of Srīmāla caste, for the bliss of their parents. This icon was installed by Srīvīrasuri of Brahmāņa gaccha in the Pattāvalī of Munichandrasūri in V.S. 1519, Māgha, Su.di. 5, Sukra. The tithi does not tally with the week-day here.
