श्री सुमतिनाथबिंबं का. संडेरगच्छे प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं श्रीसूरिभि: अहिम्मदावाद वास्तव्य: श्री ॥

This Chauvīsī bronze image of Dharmanātha with parikar is preserved in Chandraprabhaswāmi Temple in Shāntināth Pole of the Kalupur area. It was installed by Srisangha in V.S. 1518, Vaišākha, va.di. 5, Ravi. (i.e. Sun., 18 April, 1462 A.D.). This icon was made by Devadāsa and Jiņadāsa [sons of Bhojā and Jhamakū], along with their brothers, for the bliss of their father, with the precept of Jayakesarisūriof Añchala gaccha. The donors belonged to Srīmāla Vamsa. सं. १५१८ वर्षे वैशाख वदि ५ रवी श्री श्रीमाली वंशे सा. भीमा पु. सा. मुणीयापुत्र भोजा भा. झमकू पु. देवदास जिणदासाभ्यां भ्रातृ पासवीरगोगाहरिराज सहिताभ्यां पितृश्रेयसे श्री अंचलगच्छेश श्री जयकेसरिसूरीणामुपदेशेन श्री धर्मनाथसहित श्री चतुर्विंशतिजिनपट्टः कारितं प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं च श्री संघेन श्रीर्भवतु ॥

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Neminātha with parikar is also preserved in the above mentioned Temple. It was made by Kanūā, son of Gān. Devāīt of Srīmāla caste along with his wife Kutagade and son, for the bliss of his parents in V.S. 1518, Ghast[Jyestha], su.di. 2, Sani. (i.e. Sat., 1 May, 1462 A.D.). ॥ सं. १५१८ वर्षे ज्येष्ठ शुदि २ शनौ श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय गां. देवाईत सु. गां. कनूआ भा. कुतगदे पुत्र सहितेन पितृमातृ श्रे. श्री नेमिनाथबिंबं कारितं श्रीपूर्णिमापक्षे प्रधान श्री श्री जयप्रभसूरिणामुपदेशेन प्रतिष्ठितं ॥ श्री ॥
