1518, in the month of Magha (i.e. Jan., 1462 A.D.). । संवत् १५१८ वर्षे माघ मासे ऊकेशवंशे ठ. राजसी पुत्र ठ. जगणसी भार्या जाल्हणदे पु. उदयसीह भा. अहीव देव्या देवल ठ. जेतसी प्रमुख समस्त कुटुंब सहितया श्री अंचलगच्छेश श्री जयकेसरीसूरीणामुपदेशेन स्वश्रेयोर्थं श्री मुनिसुव्रतबिंबं कारित: प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं श्रीसंघेण ॥

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Dharmmanātha with parikar is preserved in Pārshvanāth Temple in Kikabhatt's Pole, Ghee Kanta. It was made by Pudhā, son of Parașa and Jāsū with his wife Nāgalade, for the bliss of his mother and brother Devā as well as his own bliss. This Bimba was installed by Sri Amaracandrasuri of Pippala gaccha [in the Pattavali of Sri Munisanghasuri] in V.S. 1518, Phālguna, Su.di. 9, Soma (i.e. Mon.,8 Feb., 1462A.D.). The donors belonged to Srīmāla caste. ॥ सं. १५१८ वर्षे फागण शुदि ९ सोमे श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय श्रेष्टि[ष्ठि] परषा भार्या जासूस. पूधाभा । नागलदे मातृ भ्रातृ देवानिमित्तं आत्मश्रेयसे श्री धर्मनाथबिंब कारापित प्र. पिष्पलगच्छे श्री मुनिसंघसूरिपट्टे श्री अमरचंद्रसूरिभि: वणड।

This Pañchatīrthī bronze image of Sumatinātha with parikar is preserved in Chintāmaņi Pārshvanāth Temple in Devasha's Pado, Calico Dome, Relief Road. It was made by Ratnāka along with his wife Ratnāde, sons Depāla, Varapāla and other brother Popat for the bliss of his father Sa. Bhramā and mother Laşanade of Usavāla caste.
