The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad
It was made by Siāka, son of Dhirā and Pundarī, for the bliss of his father, mother and forefathers, as well as his own. This Bimba was installed by Bha. Sri Guņaprabhasūri of Nāgendra gaccha and Godha Vamsa in V.S. 1517, Vaisakha, su.di. 3, Soma (i.e. Mon., 13 April, 1461 A.D.). ॥ सं. १५१७ वर्षे वैशाष सुदि ३ सोमे श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय श्रे. केल्हा भा. तीउसुत धिरा भा. पुंदरी सु. सीहाकेन सकलत्रेम पितृ मा. स्व पूर्वज निमित्तं आत्मश्रेयसे । श्री विमलनाथ पंचतीर्थी कारितं प्र. नागेंद्रे गच्छे । भ. श्री गुणप्रभसूरिभिः ॥ श्री गोधावंशेः ॥

This Pañchatīrthì bronze image of Suvidhinātha with parikar is preserved in the shrine of Sambhavanāth in Adīshvar Temple of Vaghan Pole. It was installed by Srisangha in V.S. 1517, Vaisakha, su.di. 3, Soma (i.e. Mon., 13 April, 1461 A.D.). This Bimba was made by Sūrāka, for the bliss of his father, along with his wife Jīvini and brothers Virā and Dhirā, with the precept of Jayakesarisūri of Anchala gaccha. ।। सं. १५१७ वर्षे वैशाख सु. ३ सोमे श्री श्रीवंशे सं. भीमा भा. भावलदे पु. सं. सहसा भा. संसारदे. सु. सं. सूराकेन भा. जीविणि भ्रा. वीराधीरासहितेन पितु: पुण्यार्थं अंचलगच्छे श्री जयकेसरिसूरीणामुपदेशेन सुविधिनाथबिंब कारितं प्रतिष्ठितं श्रीसंघेन ॥

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Väsu pū jyaswāmī with parikar is preserved in Chintāmaņi Pārshvanāth Temple in Devasha's Pado, Calico Dome Relief Road. It was made by Rājāka with his wife Pūrī for the bliss of his parents. Sresthi Dhanā and Sambhū. They belonged to Srīmāla caste. This icon was installed by Śrī Anandaprabhasūri of Agama gaccha in V.S. 1517, Vaišākha, su.di., 12, Bhauma (i.e. Tueday, 21 April, 1461 A.D.).
