प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं श्री धर्मचंद्रसूरिभिः ॥

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Kunthu nāth with parikar is preserved in Simandharaswami Temple in Indrakot of Doshivada's Pole. It was made by Sāha Kuarapāla, son of Sā. Rāju and Gargāde. Rāju was the son of San. Sikhara and Lāchi of Upakeśa Vamsa and Sūrāņā Gotra. This icon was installed by Srī Padmānandasūri of Dharmaghosa gaccha [in the Pattāvali of Srī Padmasekharasuri] in V.Ş. 1517, Māgha, su.di. 10, Soma. The tithi does not tally with the week day here. The tithi, therefore, should be read as 15 in place of 10. The modified date would correspond to Monday, 26 Jan., 1461 A.D.)

This Chauvīsī bronze image of Shreyānsanātha with parikar is preserved in Adīśvara temple in Raja Maheta's Pole in Kalu pur. It was made by Bhīmaka, son of Catudhi and Jivini for the bliss of his sister Maniki. The donor belonged to Srimāla caste. This icon was installed with the precept of their teacher Śrī Hemaratnasūri of Agamagaccha in V.S. 1517.Phalguna, su.di. 3, Sukra (i.e. Friday, 13 Feb., 1461 A.D.). । सं. १५१७ वर्षे फागुण शु. ३ शुक्रे श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय दा. चतुधी भा. जीविणिसुत भीमकेन भगिनीमाणिकिश्रेयसे श्री श्रेयांसनाथादि चतुर्विंशति पट्टः आगमगच्छे श्री हेमरत्नसूरि गुरूपदेशेन कारित: प्रतिष्टिष्ठि]तः । अहिमदावाद वास्तव्यः। शुभं भवतु ||
