This Panchalisthi bronze image of Sambhavanāth with parikar is preserved in the Temple in Dahini Khadaki of Astodia area. It was installed by Ratnashekharasūri, a pupil of Somasundarsūri in V.S. 1509, Magha su.di. 7 (i.e. Tuesday, 29 April, 1449 A.D.). संवत् १५०९ वर्षे माघ सुदि ७ दिने श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञा.व्य. मालदे भा. कामलदे सुत कोल्हा भा. हरषू सुत भालाकेन भा. हेमाई सुत कूरपाल श्रीपालपूनपालादियुतेन अपर मातृकरमिणि श्रेयसे श्री संभवनाथबिंबं कारितं प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं तपागच्छे श्री सोमसुंदरसूरि शिष्य श्रीरत्नशेखरसूरिभि: श्रीपत्तनवास्तव्य । श्री: ॥

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Chandraprabhaswami with parikar is preserved in Chandraprabhaswāmī Temple in Shāntināth Pole. It was made by Govala and Gangāde of Shrīmāli caste and resident of A shāpallī, for the bliss of their daughter Vālhā. This Bimba was installed by Srīratnasuri of Brihattapă Paksha in the Pattavali of Sri Jayatilakasuri in V.S. 1509, Māgha, Su.di. 5, Guru. The weekday does not tally with the tithi here. The year may be corrected into 1508. In that case the modified date would correspond to Thurs., 27 Jan., 1452 A.D. सं. १५०९ माघ सु. ५ गुरौ श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय आशापल्लीवास्तव्य गां. गोवल भा. गंगादेपुत्र्या वाल्हा नाम्न्या श्रेयसे श्री चंद्रप्रभबिंबं । कारितं प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं श्री बृहत्तपापक्षे श्री जयतिलकसूरिपट्टे श्री रत्नसिंहसूरिभिः ॥ श्रीः ।
