2. pañcindiya sutra [स्त्रियों के लिए स्त्री की जगह पुरुष शब्द समझना.]
(The word man should be considered in place of woman for women.) कषाय= जीव के शुद्ध स्वरूप को दृषित कर, संसार प्राप्त कराने वाले kasāya = Passions leading in increase of life cycle, polluting the pure nature of परिणाम.

Four types of kaşāya :१. क्रोध- गुस्सा , द्वेष, वैर, अक्षमा.
1.krodha [angerFRage, malice, enmity, non-forgiveness. २. मान- अभिमान, अहंकार, मद, अनम्रता.
2. māna [prideFVanity, egotism, arrogance, lack of courtesy. ३. माया- कपट, ठगाई, असरलता.
3. māyā (fraud) Deceit, cheating, innocence. ४. लोभ- तृष्णा, लालसा, असंतोष,
4. lobha (greed Desire, covetousness, discontentment. महाव्रत :
mahāvrata (great vow] - १. कठिनता से पालन की जाने वाली संयम संबंधी प्रतिज्ञा. । 1. Vow relating to self-restraint being observed with great difficulty. २. सूक्ष्म [पूर्ण रूप से पाले जाने वाले व्रत / साधु द्वारा निरपराधी | 2. Vow being observed minutely [completely] /vow of giving up violence of |
या अपराधी, त्रस [स्वेच्छा से चल-फिर सकने वाले या स्थावर innocent or guilty, trasa (capable of moving voluntarily] or sthāvara [स्वेच्छा से चल-फिर न सकने वाले] जीव की संकल्प या आरंभ [uncapable to move voluntarily living beings with determination or पूर्वक [अपेक्षा रहित], निरपेक्ष [अकारणया सापेक्ष [सकारण unintentionally (without any expectation), without reason or with reason with हिंसादि का तीन योग [मन-वचन-काय योग और तीन करण | three yoga [activities of mind, speech and body] and three karana [doing, (करना, कराना, करते हुए का अनुमोदन करना] से त्याग करने getting done and appreciating of being done by others) by the sādhu.
