With reference to your application dated 19th March, 1960, on the subject noted above. I am directed to inform you that the District Magistrate, Akola, is being asked to see that the Swetambari Jains are allowed to plaster the Idol of Shree Antriksh Parshwanath Maharaj, in accordance with the decisions of various courts, subject to the condition thaf no injuction is passed by a court to the contrary.
