And Whereas the said Manekchand Hirachand and Navalchand Hirachand having requested the said Hira. chand Nemchand, Choonilal Javerchand, Laloobhui Pre. manand, Raja Gnanchand son of Raja Bahadur Musavir Jung (Deen Dayal) and Tarachand Navalchand to act as trustees along with them the said Manekchand Hiracband and Navalchand Hirachand they the said Hirachand Nemchand, Choonilal Javerchand, Laloo. bhai Premanand, Raja Goanchand son of Raja Babadur Musavir Jung (Deen Dayal) and Tarachand Navalchand have consented to act as such trustees by being parties to these presents. Now this Indenture witnesseth and it is here by declared, that the lands hereditaments and premises hereinafter described were purchased out of the said trust moneys. and this indendure further witnesseth that in pursuance and in consideration of the premises they the said Manekchand Hirachand and Navalchand Hirachand do and each of them doth by these presents grant convey and assure into the said trustees the said trust estate being all that piece or parcel of land or ground 'together with all buildings standing thereon situate lying and being at the said Kavasji patel Tank Road within the Town and Island of Bombay and more particularly described in the Schedule hereunder written tnd delineated on the plan hereto annexed and therein surrounded by a red boundary line together with all houses, out houses buildings, yards, ways, wells, waters, water courses,
