170] [महत्कल्पसूत्र 24. सागारिक के अंश युक्त आहारादि का यदि-१. विभाग निश्चित हो, 2. विभाग कर दिया हो, 3. सागारिक का विभाग निश्चित कर दिया हो, 4. उस विभाग को बाहर निकाल दिया गया हो तो शेष पाहार में से साधु को कोई दे तो लेना कल्पता है / विवेचन-सूत्र में प्रयुक्त पदों का अर्थ इस प्रकार है 1. अविभक्त-विभक्त का अर्थ पृथक्करण या विभाजन है, जब तक सागारिक का भाग उस सम्मिलित भोज्यसामग्री में से पृथक रूप से निश्चित नहीं किया जाय, तब तक वह 'अविभक्त' है। 2. अव्यवच्छिन्न-व्युच्छिन्न या व्यवच्छिन्न का अर्थ सम्बन्धविच्छेद है। जब तक सागारिक के अंश का सम्बन्ध-विच्छेद न हो जाय, तब तक वह 'अव्यवच्छिन्न' है। 3. अव्याकृत-व्याकृत का अर्थ भाग के स्पष्टीकरण का है कि इतना अंश तुम्हारा है और इतना अंश मेरा है, जब तक ऐसा निर्धारण नहीं हो जाय तब तक वह 'अव्याकृत' कहलाता हैं। 4. अनि! ढ--नियूंढ का अर्थ 'पृथक् निर्धारित अंश से अलग करना' है / जब तक सागारिक का अंश उस सम्मिलित भोजन में से निकाल न दिया जाय, तब तक वह 'अनि'ढ' कहलाता है। इस प्रकार पूरे सूत्र का समुच्चय अर्थ यह होता है कि शय्यातर सहित अनेक व्यक्तियों की खाद्यसामग्री में से सागारिक का अंश जब तक अविभाजित है, अव्यवच्छिन्न है, अनिर्णीत है और अनिष्कासित है, तब तक उस भोजन के आयोजकों में से यदि कोई व्यक्ति साधु को कुछ अंश देता है तो वह उनके लिए ग्राह्य नहीं है। किन्तु जब सागारिक का अंश विभाजित, व्यवच्छिन्न, निर्धारित और निष्कासित हो जाता है, तब उस सम्मिलित भोज्य-सामग्री में से दिया गया भक्त-पिण्ड साधु के लिये ग्राह्य है और वह उसे ले सकता है। यहां यह भी बताया गया है कि अनेक जनों के द्वारा सम्मिलित बनाये गये भोजन के अतिरिक्त सम्मिलित तैयार किया गया गुड़, तेल, घी आदि सभी इसी के अन्तर्गत हैं। उनमें से भी जब तक सागारिक का भाग निकाल कर सर्वथा पृथक् न कर दिया जावे तब तक बे पदार्थ भी साधु के लिए अग्राह्य ही हैं। पूर्व सूत्रों में वर्णित संसृष्ट असंसृष्ट आहार में किसी का स्वामित्व नहीं रहता है और न वह विभक्त होता है। किन्तु प्रस्तुत सूत्रकथित आहार में स्वामित्व भी होता है, वह विभक्त होकर शय्यातर को मिलने वाला भी होता है / यह इन दोनों प्रकरणों में अन्तर है / शय्यातर के पूज्यजनों को दिये गये आहार के ग्रहण करने का विधि-निषेध 25. सागारियस्स पूयाभत्ते उद्देसिए चेइए पाहुडियाए सागारियस्स उषगरणजाए निदिए निसट्टे पाडिहारिए, तं सागारिओ देइ, सागारियस्स परिजणो देइ तम्हा दावए, नो से कप्पइ पडिग्गाहित्तए। 26. सागारियस्स पूयाभत्ते उद्देसिए चेइए पाहुडियाए, सागारियस्स उवगरणजाए निढ़िए निसट्टे पाडिहारिए, तं नो सागारिओ देइ, नो सागारियस्स परिजणो देइ, सागारियस्स पूया देइ, तम्हा दावए, नो से कप्पइ पडिग्गाहित्तए /
