404] [प्रज्ञापनासूत्र से केण?णं भंते ! एवं वुच्चति ? गोयमा ! जहा रयणप्पभापुढविणेरइयस्स तित्थगरत्ते (सु. 1444) / [1456 प्र.] भगवन् ! रत्नप्रभापृथ्वी का नैरयिक (अपने भव से) उद्वर्तन करके क्या चक्रवर्तीपद प्राप्त कर सकता है ? [उ.] गौतम ! (इनमें से कोई (नारक) चक्रवर्तीपद प्राप्त करता है, कोई नहीं करता। [प्र.] भगवन् ! किस कारण से ऐसा कहा जाता है कि कोई (रत्नप्रभापृथ्वी का नारक) चक्रवत्तित्व प्राप्त करता है और कोई नहीं प्राप्त करता? उ.] गौतम ! जैसे (सू. 1444 में) रत्नप्रभापृथ्वी के नारक को तीर्थकरत्व (प्राप्त होने, न होने के कारणों का कथन किया है, उसी प्रकार उसके चक्रवर्तीपद प्राप्त होने, न होने का कथन समझना चाहिए।) 1460. सक्करप्पभापुढविणेरइए अणंतरं उव्वट्टित्ता चक्कट्टित्तं लभेज्जा ? गोयमा ! णो इण8 सम? / [1460 प्र.] (भगवन् ! ) शर्कराप्रभापृथ्वी का नारक (अपने भव से) उद्वर्तन करके सीधा चक्रवर्तीपद पा सकता है ? [उ.] गौतम ! यह अर्थ (बात) समर्थ (शक्य) नहीं है / 1461. एवं जाव अहेसत्तमापुढविणेरइए। [1461] इसी प्रकार (वालुकाप्रभापृथ्वी के नारक से ले कर) यावत् अधःसप्तमपृथ्वी के नारक तक (के विषय में समझ लेना चाहिए / ) 1462. तिरिय-मणुएहितो पुच्छा। गोयमा ! जो इण? सम? / [1462 प्र.] (तिर्यञ्चयोनिक और मनुष्यों के विषय में) पृच्छा है (कि ये) तिर्यञ्चयोनिकों और मनुष्यों से (निकल कर सीधे क्या चक्रवर्तीपद प्राप्त कर सकते हैं ?)
