सत्रहवां लेश्यापद : द्वितीय उद्देशक ] [263 [1163-4 प्र.] भगवन् ! गर्भज तिर्यञ्चयोनिक स्त्रियों में कितनी लेश्याएँ होती हैं ? [1163-4 उ.] गौतम ! ये ही (कृष्ण आदि) छह लेश्याएँ होती हैं / 1164. [1] मणुस्साणं पुच्छा ? गोयमा ! छल्लेसाप्रो एतानो चेव / [1164-1 प्र.] भगवन् ! मनुष्यों में कितनी लेश्याएँ होती हैं ? [1164-1 उ.] गौतम ! ये ही छह लेश्याएं होती हैं। [2] सम्मुच्छिममणुस्साणं पुच्छा ? गोयमा ! जहा णेरइयाणं (सु. 1157) / [1164-2 प्र.] भगवन् ! सम्मूच्छिम मनुष्यों में कितनी लेश्याएँ होती हैं ? [1164-4 उ.) गौतम ! (जैसे गर्भज मनुष्यों में छह लेश्याएँ होती हैं) इसी प्रकार (गर्भज स्त्रियों में भी छह लेश्याएँ समझनी चाहिए / ) 1165. [1] देवाणं पुच्छा? गोयमा ! छ एताओ चेव / [1165-1 प्र.) भगवन् ! देवों में कितनी लेश्याएँ होती हैं ?
