[1] उरपरिसप्पथलयरपंचेंदियतिरिक्खजोणियाणं भंते ! केवतियं कालं ठिती पण्णता? गोयमा ! जहण्णेणं अतोमुहुत्तं, उक्कोसेणं पुवकोडी। [381-1 प्र.] भगवन् ! उरःपरिसर्प स्थलचर पंचेन्द्रिय तिर्यञ्चयोनिक जीवों को स्थिति कितने काल की कही गई है ? [381-1 उ.] गौतम ! जघन्य अन्तर्मुहूर्त की है और उत्कृष्ट पूर्वकोटि को है / [2] अपज्जत्तयउरपरिसप्पथलयरपंचेंदियतिरिक्खजोणियाणं पुच्छा। गोयमा ! जहण्णेण वि उक्कोसेण वितोमुत्तं / [381-2 प्र.] भगवन् ! अपर्याप्तक उरःपरिसर्प स्थलचर पंचेन्द्रिय तिर्यञ्चयोनिक जोवों की स्थिति कितने काल की कही गई है ? [381-2 उ.] गौतम ! उनकी जघन्य स्थिति भी अन्तर्मुहूर्त की है और उत्कृष्ट स्थिति भी अन्तर्मुहूर्त की है। [3] पज्जत्तगउरपरिसप्पथलयरपंचेंदियतिरिक्खजोणियाणं पुच्छा / गोणमा ! जहण्णेणं अंतोमुत्तं, उक्कोसेणं पुधकोडो अतोमुहुत्तूणा। [481-3 प्र.] भगवन् ! पर्याप्तक उरःपरिसर्प स्थलचर पंचेन्द्रिय तिर्यञ्चयोनिक जीवों की स्थिति कितने काल की कही गई है ?
