274] [प्रशापनासूत्र में न विवेचन-वेदना एवं कषाय समुद्घात से सम्बन्धित क्षेत्र-काल-क्रियादि की प्ररूपणा–प्रस्तुत प्रकरण में वेदनासमुद्घात से सम्बन्धित 6 बातों की चर्चा की गई है—(१) शरीर से बाहर निकाले जाने वाले पुद्गलों से कितना क्षेत्र परिपूर्ण और स्पृष्ट (व्याप्त) होता है ? (2) वह क्षेत्र कितने काल लों को कितने काल में जीव प्रात्मप्रदेशों से निकालता है ? (4) बाहर निकाले हुए वे पुद्गल उस क्षेत्र में रहे हुए प्राणों, भूतों, जीवों और सत्त्वों का अभिघातादि करते हैं, इससे वेदनासमुद्घातकर्ता जीव को कितनी क्रियाएं लगती हैं ? (5) वे जीव उस जीव के निमित्त से कितनी क्रिया वाले होते हैं तथा (6) वह जीव और वे जीव अन्य जीवों का परम्परा से घात करने से कितनी क्रिया वाले होते हैं ? ' कठिन शब्दों का भावार्थ---णिच्छभति-(शरीर से बाहर निकालता है। अफुणेआपूर्ण परिपूर्ण हुमा / फुडे---स्पृष्ट हुा / विक्खंभ-बाहल्लेणं-विस्तार और स्थूलता (मोटाई) की अपेक्षा से / अभिहणंति-अभिहनन करते हैं-सामने से आते हुए का घात करते हैं, चोट पहुँचाते हैं। वत्तेति-आवर्त-पतित करते हैं-चक्कर खिलाते हैं। लेसेंति-किंचित् स्पर्श करते हैं, संघाएंतिपरस्पर संघात (समूहरूप से इकट्ठ) कर देते हैं / संघटॅति-परस्पर मर्दन कर देते हैं / परियातिपरितप्त करते हैं / किलाति-थका देते हैं, या मूच्छित कर देते हैं / उद्दति-भयभीत कर देते या निष्प्राण कर देते हैं। छह प्रश्नों का समाधान-(१) वेदनासमुद्घात से समवहत हआ जीव जिन वेदनायोग्य पुद्गलों को अपने शरीर से बाहर निकालता है, वे पुद्गल विस्तार और स्थूलता की अपेक्षा शरीरप्रमाण होते हैं, वे नियम से छहों दिशाओं को व्याप्त करते हैं। अर्थात्-शरीर का जितना विस्तार और जितनी मोटाई होती है, उतना ही क्षेत्र उन पुद्गलों से परिपूर्ण और स्पृष्ट होता है। (2) अपने शरीर प्रमाणमात्र विस्तार और मोटाई वाला क्षेत्र सतत एक समय, दो समय अथवा तीन समय की विग्रहगति से, जितना क्षेत्र व्याप्त किया जाता है उतनी दूर तक वेदना-उत्पादक पुद्गलों से आपूर्ण और स्पृष्ट होता है / प्राशय यह है कि अधिक से अधिक तीन समय के विग्रह द्वारा जितना क्षेत्र व्याप्त किया जाता है, उतना क्षेत्र प्रात्मप्रदेशों से बाहर निकाले हुए वेदना उत्पन्न करने योग्य पुदगलों द्वारा परिपूर्ण होता है। इतने ही काल में पूर्वोक्त क्षेत्र प्रापूर्ण और स्पष्ट होता है / (3) जीव उन वेदनाजनक पुद्गलों को जघन्य अन्तर्मुहूर्त और उत्कृष्ट अन्तर्मुहूर्त से कुछ अधिक काल में बाहर निकालता है / अभिप्राय यह है कि जैसे तीव्रतर दाहज्वर से पीड़ित व्यक्ति सूक्ष्म पुद्गलों को शरीर से बाहर निकालता है, उसी प्रकार वेदनासमुद्घात-समवहत जीव भी जघन्य और उत्कृष्ट रूप से अन्तर्मुहूर्त काल में वेदना से पीड़ित होकर वेदना उत्पन्न करने योग्य शरीरवर्ती पुद्गलों को आत्मप्रदेशों से बाहर निकालता है। (4) बाहर निकाले हुए वे पुद्गल प्राण अर्थात् द्वीन्द्रिय, श्रीन्द्रिय, चतुरिन्द्रिय जीव, जैसे जलौक, चींटी, मक्खी आदि जीव, भूत अर्थात्-वनस्पतिकायिक जीव, जीव–अर्थात्-पंचेन्द्रिय प्राणी, जैसे-छिपकली, सर्प आदि तथा सत्व अर्थात्-पृथ्वीकायिक, अप्कायिक, तेजस्कायिक और वायुकायिक प्राणी को ग्राहत प्रादि करने के कारण वेदना१.
