82 [प्रज्ञापनासूत्र नारक जीव ज्ञानावरणीय का बन्ध करता हुआ जब आयुकर्म का बन्ध नहीं करता तब सात का बंध करता है और जब प्रायुष्यकर्म का बंध करता है, तब आठ कर्मप्रकृतियों का बंधक होता है / नारक जीव में छह कर्मप्रकृतियों के बंध का विकल्प सम्भव नहीं है, क्योंकि वह सूक्ष्मसम्परायगुणस्थान को प्राप्त नहीं कर सकता। अतः मनुष्य को छोड़कर शेष सभी प्रकार के जीवों (दण्डकों) में पूर्वोक्त दो विकल्प (सात या पाठ के बंध के) ही समझने चाहिए, क्योंकि उन्हें सूक्ष्मसम्परायगुणस्थान प्राप्त न होने से उनमें तीसरा (छह प्रकृतियों के बंध का) विकल्प सम्भव नहीं है / मनुष्य का कथन सामान्य जीव के समान है / अर्थात् मनुष्य में तीनों भंग पाये जाते हैं। (3) बहुत्व की अपेक्षा से समुच्चय जीव के ज्ञानावरणीय दर्शनावरणीय कर्मबन्ध के साथ अन्य कर्मबन्धन-सभी जीव आयुकर्म बंध के अभाव में सात के और उसके बंध के सद्भाव में पाठ कर्मप्रकृतियों के बंधक होते हैं। बहुत्व-विवक्षा में सात या आठ के बंधक तो सदैव बहुसंख्या में पाये जाते हैं, किन्तु छह के बंधक किसी काल-विशेष में ही पाये जाते हैं और किसी काल में नहीं पाये जाते, क्योंकि उसका अन्तरकाल छह महीने तक का कहा गया है। जब एक षड्विधबंधक नहीं पाया जाता, तब प्रथम भंग होता है, जब एक पाया जाता है तो द्वितीय और जब बहुत षड् बंधक जीव पाये जाते हैं, तब तृतीय विकल्प होता है। बेदनीय कर्मबन्ध के साथ अन्य कर्मप्रकृतियों के बन्ध का निरूपण 1763.
