52] [जीवाजीवाभिगमसूत्र [15] श्लक्ष्ण (मृदु) बादर पृथ्वीकाय क्या हैं ? श्लक्ष्ण बादर पृथ्वीकाय सात प्रकार के कहे गये हैं-काली मिट्टी प्रादि भेद प्रज्ञापनासूत्र के अनुसार जानने चाहिए यावत् वे संक्षेप से दो प्रकार के कहे गये हैं-पर्याप्त और अपर्याप्त / हे भगवन् ! उन जीवों के कितने शरीर कहे गये हैं ? गौतम ! तीन शरीर कहे गये हैं जैसे कि, प्रौदारिक, तेजस और कार्मण / इस प्रकार सब कथन पूर्ववत् जानना चाहिए / विशेषता यह है कि इनके चार लेश्याएं होती हैं। शेष वक्तव्यता सूक्ष्म पृथ्वीकायिकों की तरह जानना चाहिए यावत् नियम से छहों दिशा का आहार ग्रहण करते हैं / ये बादर पृथ्वीकायिक जीव तिर्यंच, मनुष्य और देवों से प्राकर उत्पन्न होते हैं। देवों से आते हैं तो सौधर्म और ईशान (पहले दूसरे) देवलोक से आते हैं। इनकी स्थिति जघन्य अन्तर्मुहुर्त और उत्कृष्ट बावीस हजार वर्ष की है। हे भगवन् ! ये जीव मारणांतिकसमुद्धात से समवहत होकर मरते हैं या असमवहत होकर मरते हैं ? गौतम ! समवहत होकर भी मरते हैं और असमवहत होकर भी मरते हैं। भगवन् ! ये जीव वहाँ से मर कर कहां जाते हैं ? कहाँ उत्पन्न होते हैं ? क्या नारकों में उत्पन्न होते हैं आदि प्रश्न करने चाहिए ? गौतम ! ये नारकों में उत्पन्न नहीं होते हैं, तिर्यञ्चों में उत्पन्न होते हैं, मनुष्यों में उत्पन्न होते हैं, देवों में उत्पन्न नहीं होते। तिर्यंचों और मनुष्यों में भी असंख्यात वर्ष की आयु वाले तिर्यंचों और मनुष्यों में उत्पन्न नहीं होते, इत्यादि / / भगवन् ! वे जीव कितनी गति वाले और कितनी आगति वाले कहे गये हैं ? गौतम ! वो गति वाले और तीन प्रागति वाले कहे गये हैं। हे आयुष्मन श्रमण ! वे बादर पध्वीकाय के जीव प्रत्येकशरीरी हैं और असंख्यात लोकाकाश प्रमाण हैं। इस प्रकार बादर पृथ्वीकाय का वर्णन हुआ। इसके साथ ही पृथ्वीकाय का वर्णन पूरा हुग्रा / विवेचन-बादर नामकर्म के उदय से जिन पृथ्वीकायिक जीवों का शरीर बादर होसमूहरूप में चर्मचक्षों से ग्राह्य हों वे बादर पृथ्वीकायिक जीव हैं। बादर पृथ्वीकायिक जीवों के दो भेद हैं-श्लक्ष्ण बादर पृथ्वीकायिक और खर बादर पृथ्वीकायिक / पीसे हुए प्राटे के समान जो मिट्टी मृदु हो वह श्लक्ष्ण पृथ्वी है और तदात्मक जो जीव हैं वे भी उपचार से श्लक्ष्ण बादर पृथ्वीकायिक कहलाते हैं। कर्कशता वाली पृथ्वी खर बादर पृथ्वी है। तदात्मक जीव उपचार से खर बादर पृथ्वीकायिक कहलाते हैं। श्लक्ष्ण बाबर पथ्वीकाय-लक्ष्ण बादर पृथ्वीकाय के सात प्रकार हैं-काली मिट्टी आदि भेद प्रज्ञापना के अनुसार जानने की सूचना सूत्रकार ने दी है। प्रज्ञापना के उस पाठ का अर्थ इस प्रकार है
