प्रकाशकीय श्री जिनागम-ग्रन्थमाला का ३०वाँ ग्रन्थाङ्क 'जीवाजीवाभिगम (प्रथम खण्ड) आगमप्रेमी पाठकों के समक्ष प्रस्तुत करते प्रानन्द का अनुभव हो रहा है / प्रस्तुत सूत्र विशाल है और इसमें तात्त्विक वर्णन होने से इसके अनुवाद में विस्तृत विवेचन की प्रावश्यकता रहती है। ऐसा किये बिना जिज्ञासु पाठकों को पूरी तरह परितोष नहीं हो सकता / इस दृष्टि को समक्ष रखकर विद्वर मुनिवर श्री राजेन्द्र मुनिजी ने पर्याप्त विस्तृत विवेचन किया है। इससे सूत्र का हार्द समझने में पाठकों को बहुत सुविधा हो गई है, किन्तु साथ इसके कलेवर में वृद्धि भी हो गई है। ऐसा होने पर भी इसे एक ही जिल्द में छपाने का विचार किया था, मगर कतिपय प्रतिकूलताओं के कारण विवश होकर दो खण्डों में प्रकाशित करना पड़ रहा है। पाठकों को धरने-उठाने और विहार के समय साथ रखने में अधिक सुविधा रहेगी, यह एक लाभ भी है। प्रस्तुत सूत्र का दूसरा खण्ड भी यथासुविधा शीघ्र प्रकाशित करने का प्रयास किया जायगा। श्री राजेन्द्र मुनिजी भागमों के विशिष्ट अध्येता और वेत्ता हैं, साथ ही उच्च कोटि के लेखक भी हैं। उपाध्याय श्री पुष्कर मुनिजी म. तथा उपाचार्य श्री देवेन्द्र मुनिजी म. जैसे विशिष्ट प्रबुद्ध मुनिराजों के अन्तेवासी होने के कारण ऐसा होना स्वाभाविक ही है। जीवाजीवाभिगम का सम्पादन-विवेचन करना सरल कार्य नहीं है, फिर भी मुनिश्री ने हमारी प्रार्थना अंगीकार करके इस महान श्रमसाध्य कार्य को हाथ में लिया और अल्पकाल में ही सम्पन्न कर दिया, इसके लिए प्राभार प्रदर्शन करने योग्य शब्द हमारे पास नहीं है। जिनवाणी के प्रचार-प्रसार में निरन्तर निरत रहने वाले महान् सरस्वती उपासक उपाचार्य श्री देवेन्द्र मुनिजी म. का ग्रन्थमाला-प्रकाशन के प्रारम्भ से ही अनमोल सहकार प्राप्त रहा है / निःस्सन्देह कहा जा सकता है कि उपाचार्य श्री का सहयोग न मिला होता तो जिस द्रुत गति से प्रकाशन-कार्य हुमा है, वह कदापि सम्भव न होता / प्रस्तुत सूत्र की विद्वत्तापूर्ण प्रस्तावना लिखकर आपने हमें उपकृत किया है। प्रागमबत्तीसी के सम्पादन-परिशोधन का कार्य सम्पूर्ण हो चुका है / बीच में प्राचारांग और उपासकदशांग के द्वितीय संस्करण छपाना अनिवार्य हो जाने से छेदसूत्रों का प्रकाशन रुक गया था। अब वे प्रेस में दे दिये गये है / प्रागम-अनुयोग प्रवर्तक पण्डितराज श्री कन्हैयालालजी म.
