422] [जीवाजीवाभिगमसूत्र हैं, गुप्त हैं [स्वामी का भेद प्रकट करने वाले नहीं हैं] उनके सेतु दूसरों के द्वारा गम्य नहीं हैं, वे युक्त हैं [सेवक गुणापेत हैं], उनके सेतु परस्पर संबद्ध हैं-बहुत दूर नहीं हैं / वे अपने आचरण और विनय से मानो किंकरभूत हैं [वे किंकर नहीं हैं, पृथक् आसन प्रदान द्वारा वे मान्य हैं किन्तु शिष्टाचारवश विनम्र हैं। तब वह विजयदेव चार हजार सामानिक देवों, सपरिवार चार अग्रमहिषियों, तीन परिपदों, सात अनीकों, सात अनीकाधिपतियों, सोलह हजार आत्मरक्षक देवों का तथा विजयद्वार, विजया राजधानी एवं विजया राजधानी के निवासी बहुत-से देवों और देवियों का आधिपत्य, पुरोवर्तित्व, स्वामित्व, भट्टित्व, महत्तरकत्व, आज्ञा-ईश्वर-सेनाधिपतित्व करता हुआ और सब का पालन करता हुअा, जोर से बजाए हुए वाद्यों, नृत्य, गीत, तंत्री, तल, ताल, त्रुटित, घन मृदंग आदि की ध्वनि के साथ दिव्य भोगोपभोग भोगता हुआ रहता है। भन्ते ! विजय देव की आयु कितने समय की कही गई है ? गौतम ! एक पल्योपम की आयु कही है। हे भगवन् ! विजयदेव के सामानिक देवों की कितने समय की स्थिति कही गई है ? गौतम ! एक पल्योपम की स्थिति कही गई है। इस प्रकार वह विजयदेव ऐसी महद्धि वाला, महाद्युति वाला, महाबल वाला, महायश वाला महासुख वाला और ऐसा महान् प्रभावशाली है। वैजयंत प्रादि द्वार 144. कहिं णं भंते ! जंबुद्दीवस्स दीवस्स वेजयंते णामं दारे पण्णते ? गोयमा ! जंबुद्दीवे दीवे मंदरस्स पव्वयस्स दक्खिणेणं पणयालीसं जोयणसहस्साई अबाहाए जंबुद्दीवदीवदाहिणपेरन्ते लवणसमुददाहिणद्धस्स उत्तरेणं एत्थ णं जंबुद्दोवस्स दोवस्स वेजयंते णामं दारे पण्णत्ते, अठ्ठ जोयणाई उड्न उच्चत्तेण सच्चेव सव्वा बत्तव्यया जाव णिच्चे। कहिं णं भंते ! 0 रायहाणी? दाहिणणं जाव वेजयंते वेवे देवे। कहि णं भंते ! * जंबुद्दीवस्स दोवस्स जयंते णाम वारे पण्णते? गोयमा ! जंबुद्दीवे दोवे मंदरस्स पव्वयस्स पच्चरिथमेणं पयणालीसं जोयणसहस्साई जंबुद्दीवपच्चत्थिमपेरंते लवणसमुद्दपच्चस्थिमद्धस्स पुरच्छिमेणं सीओदाए महाणईए उप्पि एत्थ णं जम्बुद्दीवस्स जयंते णामं दारे पण्णत्ते, तं चेव से पमाणे जयंते देवे पच्चत्थिमेणं से रायहाणी जाव महिथिए / कहि णं भंते ! जंबुद्दीवस्स दीवस्स अपराइए णामं वारे पण्णत्ते? गोयमा ! मंदरस्स पव्वयस्स उत्तरेणं पणयालीसंजोयणसहस्साइं अबाहाए जंबुद्दीवे दोवे उत्तरपेरंते लवणसमुदस्स उत्तरसस्स वाहिणणं एस्थ णं जंबुद्दीवे दीवे अपराइए णामं दारे पण्णत्ते। तं चेव पमाणं / रायहाणी उत्तरेणं जाव अपराइए देवे, चउण्हवि अण्णमि जंबुद्दीवे / [144] हे भगवन् ! जम्बूद्वीप नामक द्वीप का वैजयन्त नाम का द्वार कहाँ कहा गया है ? हे गौतम ! जम्बूद्वीप नामक द्वीप में मेरुपर्वत के दक्षिण में पैंतालीस हजार योजन आगे जाने
