तृतीय प्रतिपत्ति : जम्बूद्वीप के द्वारों की संख्या] [377 उन तोरणों के आगे दो-दो चित्रवर्ण के रत्नकरण्डक कहे गये हैं। जैसे-किसो चातुरन्त (चारों दिशाओं को पृथ्वो पर्यन्त) चक्रवर्ती का नाना मणिमय होने से नानावर्ण का अथवा आश्चर्यभूत रत्नकरण्डक जिस पर वैडूर्यमणि और स्फटिक मणियों का ढक्कन लगा हुआ है, अपनी प्रभा से उस प्रदेश को सब ओर से अवभासित करता है, उद्योतित करता है, प्रदीप्त करता है, प्रकाशित करता है, इसी तरह वे विचित्र रत्नकरंडक वैडूर्यरत्त के ढक्कन से युक्त होकर अपनी प्रभा से उस प्रदेश को सब ओर से अवभासित करते हैं। उन तोरणों के आगे दो-दो हयकंठक' (रत्नविशेष) यावत् दो-दो वृषभकंठक कहे गये हैं। वे सर्वरत्नमय, स्वच्छ यावत् प्रतिरूप हैं। उन हयकंठकों में यावत् वृषभकंठकों में दो-दो फूलों की चंगेरियाँ (छाबड़ियाँ) कही गई हैं। इसी तरह माल्यों-मालाओं, गंध, चूर्ण, वस्त्र एवं प्राभरणों की दो-दो चंगेरियां कही गई हैं / इसी तरह सिद्धार्थ (सरसों) और लोमहस्तक (मयूरपिच्छ) चंगेरियाँ भी दो-दो हैं। ये सब सर्वरत्नमय हैं, स्वच्छ हैं यावत् प्रतिरूप हैं। उन तोरणों के आगे दो-दो पुष्प-पटल यावत् दो-दो लोमहस्त-पटल कहे गये हैं, जो सर्वरत्नमय हैं यावत् प्रतिरूप हैं। उन तोरणों के प्रागे दो-दो सिंहासन हैं। उन सिंहासनों का वर्णनक इस प्रकार है प्रादि वर्णन उन तोरणों के आगे चांदी के आच्छादन वाले छत्र कहे गये हैं। उन छत्रों के दण्ड वैडूर्यमणि के हैं, चमकीले और निर्मल हैं, उनकी कणिका (जहाँ तानियां तार में पिरोयी रहती हैं) स्वर्ण की है, उनकी संधियां बजरत्न से पूरित हैं, वे छत्र मोतियों की मालाओं से युक्त हैं। एक हजार पाठ शलाकाओं (तानियों) से युक्त हैं, जो श्रेष्ठ स्वर्ण की बनी हुई हैं। कपड़े से छने हुए चन्दन को गंध के समान सुगन्धित और सर्वऋतुओं में सुगन्धित रहने वाली उनकी शीतल छाया है। उन छत्रों पर नाना प्रकार के मंगल चित्रित हैं और वे चन्द्रमा के आकार के समान गोल हैं। उन तोरणों के आगे दो-दो चामर कहे गये हैं। वे चामर चन्द्रकान्तमणि, वज्रमणि, वैडूर्यमणि आदि नाना मणिरत्नों से जटित दण्ड वाले हैं। (जिनके दण्ड नाना प्रकार की मणियों, स्वर्ण, रत्नों से जटित हैं, विमल हैं, बहुमूल्य स्वर्ण के समान उज्ज्वल एवं चित्रित हैं, चमकीले हैं) वे चामर शंख, अंकरत्न कुंद (मोगरे का फूल) दगरज (जलकण) अमृत (क्षीरोदधि) के मथित फेनपुंज के समान श्वेत हैं, सूक्ष्म और रजत के लम्बे-लम्बे बाल वाले हैं, सर्वरत्नमय हैं, स्वच्छ हैं, यावत् प्रतिरूप हैं। उन तोरणों के आगे दो-दो तैलसमुद्गकर (प्राधारविशेष) कोष्ट समुद्गक, पत्रसमुद्गक, चोयसमुद्गक, तगरसमुद्गक, इलायचीसमुद्गक, हरितालसमुद्गक, हिंगुलुसमुद्गक, मनःशिलासमुद्गक और अंजनसमुद्गक हैं। (ये सर्व सुगंधित द्रव्य हैं। इनके रखने के आधार को समुद्गक कहते हैं / ) ये सर्व समुद्गक सर्वरत्नमय हैं स्वच्छ हैं यावत् प्रतिरूप हैं। 1.
