अतिरिक्त पात्र प्राचार्य की प्राज्ञा बिना किसी को नहीं देना । अशक्त को देना और सशक्त को नहीं देना । किन्तु ब्यव. उ. ८ में अतिरिक्त पात्र दूर देश से लाने का विधान है |
त्रस स्थावर जीवों से युक्त पात्र न लेना ।
पात्र में ऊपर या अन्दर कोरणी नहीं करना तथा कोरणी किया हुआ पात्र नहीं लेना ।
