६७. जो भिक्षु आजीविकपिड भोगता है या भोगने वाले का अनुमोदन करता है । ६८. जो भिक्षु वनीपपिंड भोगता है या भोगने वाले का अनुमोदन करता है । ६९. जो भिक्षु चिकित्सापिंड भोगता है या भोगने वाले का अनुमोदन करता है। ७०. जो भिक्षु कोपपिंड भोगता है या भोगने वाले का अनुमोदन करता है । ७१. जो भिक्षु मानपिंड भोगता है यो भोगने वाले का अनुमोदन करता है। ७२. जो भिक्षु मायापिंड भोगता या भोगने वाले का अनुमोदन करता है । ७३. जो भिक्षु लोभपिंड भोगता है या भोगने वाले का अनुमोदन करता है । ७४. जो भिक्षु विद्यापिंड भोगता है यो भोगने वाले का अनुमोदन करता है । ७५. जो भिक्षु मंत्रपिंड भोगता है या भोगने वाले का अनुमोदन करता है । ७६. जो भिक्षु चूर्णपिंड भोगता है या भोगने वाले का अनुमोदन करता है। ७७. जो भिक्षु योगपिंड भोगता है या भोगने वाले का अनुमोदन करता है।
७८. जो भिक्षु अंतर्धानपिंड (अदृष्ट रहकर ग्रहण किए हुये आहार को) भोगता है या भोगने वाले का अनुमोदन करता है ।
इन ७८ सूत्रोक्त स्थानों के सेवन करने वाले को लघुचौमासी प्रायश्चित्त आता है।
विवेचन-अनेक दूषित प्रवृत्तियों को करके भिक्षु का आहार प्राप्त करना, उत्पादन दोष कहा जाता है । पिंडनियुक्ति में इन दोषों की संख्या सोलह कही है। यहां उनमें से १४ दोषों का प्रायश्चित्त कहा गया है तथा 'अंतर्धानपिंड' का प्रायश्चित्त अधिक कहा गया है। जिसका समावेश जोगपिंड में हो सकता है।
धातृपिंड-धाय के कार्य पांच प्रकार के होते हैं--१. बालक को दूध पिलाना, २. स्नान कराना, ३. वस्त्राभूषण पहिनाना, ४. भोजन कराना, ५. गोद में या काख में रखना । ये कार्य करके गृहस्थ से आहार प्राप्त करना 'धातृपिंड' दोष कहा जाता है ।
दूतीपिंड-दूती के समान इधर-उधर की बातें एक दूसरे को कहकर अथवा स्वजन सम्बन्धियों के समाचारों का आदान-प्रदान करके आहारादि लेना ।
