________________ ११२] [निशीथसूत्र गया है। किन्तु इन सूत्रों की चूणि व भाष्य में तो उपर्युक्त क्रम को ही स्वीकार किया गया है । फिर भी निशीथ के सभी प्रकाशनों में "नितियस्स" के बाद “संसत्तस्स" के सूत्र हैं । जो परम्परा से चली आई भूल मात्र है, ऐसा समझकर भाष्यसम्मत क्रम स्वीकार किया है। पासत्था आदि की व्याख्या करते हुए संयमविपरीत जितनी प्रवृत्तियों का यहां कथन किया गया है, उनका विशेष परिस्थितिवश अपवाद रूप में गीतार्थ या गीतार्थ की नेश्राय से सेवन किया जाने पर तथा उनकी श्रद्धा प्ररूपणा आगम के अनुसार रहने पर एवं उस अपवाद स्थिति से मुक्त होते ही प्रायश्चित्त लेकर शुद्ध संयम अाराधना में पहुँचने की लगन (हार्दिक अभिलाषा) रहने पर वह पासत्था आदि नहीं कहा जाता है । किन्तु प्रतिसेवी निग्रंथ कहा जाता है । शुद्ध संस्कारों के अभाव में, संयम के प्रति सजग न रहने से, अकारण दोष सेवन से, स्वच्छंद मनोवृत्ति से, आगमोक्त आचार के प्रति निष्ठा न होने से, निषिद्ध प्रवृत्तियाँ चालू रखने से तथा प्रवृत्ति सुधारने व प्रायश्चित्त ग्रहण का लक्ष्य न होने से, उन सभी दूषित प्रवृत्तियों को करने वाले 'पासत्था' आदि कहे जाते हैं । __इन पासत्था आदि का स्वतंत्र गच्छ भी हो सकता है, कहीं वे अकेले-अकेले भी हो सकते हैं। उद्यत विहारी गच्छ में रहते हुए भी कुछ भिक्षु या कोई भिक्षु व्यक्तिगत दोषों से पासत्था प्रादि हो सकते हैं तथा पासत्था आदि के गच्छ में भी कोई कोई शुद्धाचारी हो सकता है। यथार्थ निर्णय तो स्वयं की आत्मा या सर्वज्ञ सर्वदर्शी ही कर सकते हैं । पासत्था आदि के इन लक्षणों के ज्ञाता होकर संयमसाधना के साधकों को दूषित प्रवृत्तियों से सावधान रहना चाहिये। सचित्त-लिप्त हस्तादि से पाहार ग्रहण करने का प्रायश्चित्त ४९. जे भिक्खू "उदउल्लेण" हत्थेण वा मत्तेण वा, दवीए वा, भायणेण वा, असणं वा, पाणं वा, खाइमं वा, साइमं वा पडिग्गाहेइ पडिग्गाहेंतं वा साइज्जइ। ५०. जे भिक्खू “मट्टिया-संसट्टेण" हत्थेण वा "जाव" पडिग्गाहेइ, पडिग्गाहेंतं वा साइज्जइ । ५१. जे भिक्खू "ऊस-संसट्टेण" हत्थेण वा "जाव" पडिग्गाहेइ पडिग्गाहेंतं वा साइज्जइ। ५२. जे भिक्खू "हरियाल-संसट्टेण" हत्थेण वा "जाव" पडिग्गाहेइ, पडिग्गाहेंतं वा साइज्जइ। ५३. जे भिक्खू "हिंगुल-संसट्टेण" हत्थेण वा "जाव" पडिग्गाहेइ, पडिग्गाहेतं वा साइज्जइ। ५४. जे भिक्खू “मणोसिल-संसट्टेण" हत्येण वा “जाव" पडिग्गाहेइ, पडिग्गाहेंतं वा साइज्जइ। ५५. जे भिक्खू "अंजण-संसट्टेण" हत्थेण वा "जाव" पडिग्गाहेइ पडिग्गाहेंतं वा साइज्जइ। ५६. जे भिक्खू "लोण-संसट्टेण" हत्थेण वा "जाव" पडिग्गाहेइ, पडिग्गाहेंतं वा साइज्जइ। ५७. जे भिक्खू "गेरुय-संसट्टेण" हत्थेण वा "जाव" पडिग्गाहेइ, पडिग्गाहेंतं वा साइज्जइ । ५८. जे भिक्खू "वण्णिय-संसट्टेण" हत्थेण वा "जाव" पडिग्गाहेइ, पडिग्गाहेंतं वा साइज्जइ । Jain Education International For Private & Personal Use Only www.jainelibrary.org
