अंतो अंकमुहसंठिया, बाहिं सत्थियमुहसंठिया। तावक्खेत्तसंठिइए दुवे बाहाओ
उभओ पासेणं तीसे दुवे बाहाओ अवट्ठियाओ भवंति, पणयालीसं पणयालीसं जोयणसहस्साई आयामेणं।
तीसे दुवे बाहाओ अणवट्ठिआओ भवंति, तं जहा - १. - सव्वब्तरिया चेव बाहा। २. - सव्वबाहिरिया चेव बाहा। प. - तत्थ को हेउ त्ति ? वएजा। उ. - ता अयण्णं जबुद्दीवे दीवे -
सव्वदीव-समुद्दाणं सव्वब्भंतराए, सव्वखुड्डाए। वट्टे तेल्लापूय-संठाण-संठिए। वट्टे रहचक्कवाल-संठाण-संठिए। वट्टे पुक्खरकण्णिया-संठाण-संठिए। वट्टे पडिपुण्णचंद-संठाण-संठिए।
एगं जोयणसयसहस्सं आयाम-विक्खंभेणं। तिण्णि जोयणसयसहस्साई सोलससहस्साई दोण्णि य सत्तावीसे जोयणसए, तिण्णि य कोसे, अट्ठावीसं च धणुसयं, तेरस अंगुलाई अद्धंगुलं च किंचि विसेसाहियं परिक्खेवेणं पण्णत्ते। तावक्खेत्तसंठिइए परिक्खेवो.
ता जया णं सूरिए सव्वब्भंतरं मंडलं उवसंकमित्ता चारं चरति, तया णं उद्धीमुहकलंबुआपुप्फसंठिया तावक्खेत्तसंठिईं आहिताति वएज्जा, अंतो संकुडा, बाहिं वित्थडा, अंतो वट्टा, बाहिं पि थुला,
१. अंतर्मेरुदिशि अंक-पद्मासनोपविष्टस्योत्संगरूप आसनबन्धः तस्य मुखं अग्रभागोर्खवलयाकारस्तस्येव संस्थितं संस्थानं यस्य सा। २. तथा बहिलवणदिशि स्वस्तिकमुखसंस्थिता, स्वस्तिकः सुप्रतीतः तस्य मुखम्-अग्रभागः तस्येवातिविस्तीर्णतया संस्थितं-संस्थानं
यस्या सा। ३. 'ये द्वे बाहे ते आयामेन-जम्बूद्वीपगतमायाममाश्रित्यावस्थिते भवतः।' सूरिय. वृत्ति. ४. 'द्वे च बाहे अनवस्थिते भवतः, तद्यथा सर्वाभ्यन्तरा, सर्वबाह्या च।'
