## Nineteenth Chapter
**The Measure of the Distance of the Stars from Humans**
**Verse:**
- The moon is three times the size of the earth, and the sun is many times larger than the moon. The sun is like a blazing fire, and the moon is like a cool, refreshing water. The stars are like tiny sparks, and the earth is like a small speck of dust.
**Verse:**
- The distance between the moon and the sun is fifty thousand yojanas. The distance between the sun and the sun is one hundred thousand yojanas. The distance between the moon and the moon is one hundred thousand yojanas. The distance between the earth and the stars is many yojanas.
**The One Hundred and One Family of Stars**
**Verse:**
- There are eighty-eight constellations and twenty-eight stars in the one hundred and one family of stars. There are sixty-six thousand, nine hundred and fifty stars in the one hundred and one family of stars.
**The Movement of the Stars in the Human Realm**
