चत्तारि सहस्साइं, बत्तीसं चेव हुंति णक्खत्ता। छच्च सया बावत्तरं, महग्गहा बारह सहस्सा॥ छण्णउइ सयसहस्सा, चोत्तालीसं खलु भवे सहस्साई।
चत्तार य सया खलु, तारागण कोडि कोडी णं॥ माणुसुत्तरे पव्वए
ता पुक्खरवरस्स णं दीवस्स बहुमझदेसभाए माणुसुत्तरे णामं पव्वए पण्णत्ते, वट्टे वलयाकारसंठाणसंठिए जे णं पुक्खरवरं दीवं दुहा विभयमाणे विभयमाणे चिट्ठइ, तंजहा -
१. अब्भिंतरपुक्खरद्धं च, २. बाहिरपुक्खद्धरद्धं च। अभिंतर-पुक्खरद्धे
प. ता अभिंतर-पुक्खरद्धे णं किं समचक्कवालसंठिए, विसमचक्कवालसंठिए ? उ. ता समचक्कवालसंठिए, नो विसमचक्कवालसंठिए। प. ता अब्भिंतर-पुक्खरद्धे णं केवइयं चक्कवालविक्खंभेणं केवइयं परिक्खेवेणं ? आहिए
