**Concerning the fast and slow movement of the celestial bodies** 95. Q. Now, tell me, among the moon, sun, planets, constellations, and stars, which moves faster and which moves slower? A. The sun moves faster than the moon, the planets move faster than the sun, the constellations move faster than the planets, and the stars move faster than the constellations. The moon moves slowest of all, and the stars move fastest of all.
**Concerning the small and large size of the celestial bodies**
Q. Now, tell me, among the moon, sun, planets, constellations, and stars, which is smaller and which is larger? A. The constellations are larger than the stars, the planets are larger than the constellations, the sun is larger than the planets, and the moon is larger than the sun. The stars are smallest of all, and the moon is largest of all.
**Concerning the distance between the stars**
Q. Now, tell me, on Jambudvipa, what is the distance between the stars? A. There are two distances between the stars, namely:

2. The distance of a "nivvagha" (non-tiger).
A. Now, the distance of a "vaagha" is two hundred yojanas in length.
B. The distance of a "nivvagha" is twelve thousand yojanas plus two hundred yojanas in length.
