अस्तेय व्रत के अतिचार
४७. तयाणंतरं च णं थूलगस्स अदिण्णादाणवेरमणस्स पंच अइयारा जाणियव्वा न समायरियव्वा। तं जहा - तेणाहडे, तक्करप्पओगे, विरूद्ध - रज्जाइक्कमे, कूडतुल्लकूडमाणे, तप्पडिरूवगववहारे ।

तदन्तर स्थूल अदत्तादानविरमण - व्रत के पाँच अतिचारों को जानना चाहिए, उनका आचरण नहीं करना चाहिए। वे इस प्रकार है-
स्तेनाहृत, तस्करप्रयोग, विरूद्धराज्यातिक्रम, कूटतुलाकूटमान, तत्प्रतिरूपकव्यवहार ।

तत्प्रतिरूपकव्यवहार-- इसका शब्दार्थ कूट- तुला - कूटमान जैसा व्यवहार है, अर्थात् व्यापार में अनैतिकता व असत्याचरण करना--जैसे अच्छी वस्तु में घटिया वस्तु मिला देना, नकली को असली बतलाना आदि ।

४८. तयाणंतरं च णं सदार-संतोसिए पंच अइयारा जाणियव्वा, न समायरियव्वा । तं जहा- इत्तरियपरिग्गहियागमणे, अपरिग्गहियागमणे, अणंगकीडा, परविवाहकरणे, कामभोगतिव्वाभिलासे ।
तदनन्तर स्वदारसंतोष व्रत के पांच अतिचारों को जानना चाहिए, उनका आचरण नहीं करना चाहिए। वे अतिचार इस प्रकार हैं
