पुरूषार्थ के सामने सारी प्रतिकूलताएं समाप्त हो जाती है और सफलता का सिंहद्वार खुल जाता है, इस सत्य के प्रत्यक्ष उदाहरण शीशोदियाजी हैं।
आज शीशोदियाजी बड़े लक्षाधीश है और नगर के गणमान्य व्यक्तियों में हैं। ब्यावर नगर आपके व्यवसाय का मुख्य केन्द्र है। ब्यावर के अलग-अलग बाजारों में तीन दुकानें हैं। एक दुकान अजमेर में है। किशनगढ़-मदनगंज, विजयनगर और सोजत रोड में भी आपकी दुकानें रह चुकी हैं। प्रमुख रूप से आप आढ़त का ही धंधा करते है। आपका व्यापारिक क्षेत्र अधिकांश भारतवर्ष है।

नगर की अनेक संस्थाओं से आप जुड़े हुए हैं। किसी अध्यक्ष, किसी के कार्याध्यक्ष, किसी के उपाध्यक्ष, किसी के मंत्री, किसी के कोषाध्यक्ष, किसी के सलाहकार व सदस्य आदि पदों पर रह कर सेवा कर रहे हैं तथा अनेकों संस्थाओं की सेवा की है। मगर विशेषता यह है कि जिस संस्था का कार्यभार आप संभालते है उसे पूरी रूचि और लगन के साथ सम्पन्न करते हैं। श्री मरूधरकेसरी साहित्य प्रकाशन समिति, मुनि श्री हजारीमल स्मृति प्रकाशन, आगम प्रकाशन समिति, श्री वर्धमान स्थानकवासी जैन वीर संघ के तो आप प्रमुख आधार है। नगर की अन्य गोशाला, चेम्बर सर्राफान आदि संस्थाओं को भी पूरा योगदान दे रहे हैं।
