[१४३ तक पचासी हजार योजन कहे गये हैं। [इसी प्रकार पुष्करवरद्वीपार्ध के दोनों मन्दराचल भी जानना चाहिए।] रुचक नामक तेरहवें द्वीप का अन्तर्वर्ती गोलाकार मंडलिक पर्वत भूमिगत अवगाढ़ तल से लेकर सर्वाग्र भाग तक पचासी हजार योजन कहा गया है। अर्थात् इन सब पर्वतों की ऊंचाई पचासी हजार योजन की है। .
४०२-नंदणवणस्स णं हेट्ठिल्लाओ चरमंताओ सोगंधियस्स कंडस्स हेट्ठिल्ले चरमंते एस णं पंचासीइ जोयणसयाइं अबाहाए अंतरे पण्णत्ते।
नन्दनवन के अधस्तन चरमान्त भाग से लेकर सौगन्धिक काण्ड का अधस्तन चरमान्त भाग पचासी सौ (८५००) योजन अन्तरवाला कहा गया है।
विवेचन-मेरु पर्वत के भूमितल से नीचे सौगन्धिक काण्ड का तलभाग आठ हजार योजन है और नन्दनवन मेरु के भूमितल से पाँच सौ योजन की ऊंचाई पर अवस्थित है। अतः उसके अधस्तन तल से सौगन्धिक काण्ड का अधस्तन तल भाग (८०००+५००-८५००) पचासी सौ योजन के अन्तरवाला सिद्ध हो जाता है।

- षडशीतिस्थानक-समवाय ४०३-सुविहिस्स णं पुष्पदंतस्स अरहओ छलसीई गणा छलसीई गणहरा होत्था ।सुपासस्स णं अरहओ छलसीई वाइसया होत्था।
सुविधि पुष्पदन्त अर्हत् के छयासी गण और छयासी गणधर थे। सुपार्श्व अर्हत् के छयासी सौ (८६००) वादी मुनि थे।
४०४-दोच्चाए णं पुढवीए बहुमज्झदेसभागाओ दोच्चस्स घणोदहिस्स हेट्ठिल्ले चरमंते एस णं छलसीई जोयणसहस्साइं अबाहाए अंतरे पण्णत्ते।
दूसरी पृथिवी के मध्य भाग से दूसरे घनोदधिवात का अधस्तन चरमान्त भाग छयासी हजार योजन के अन्तरवाला कहा गया है।
विवेचन- दूसरी शर्करा पृथिवी एक लाख बत्तीस हजार योजन मोटी है, उसका आधा भाग छयासठ हजार योजन-प्रमाण है तथा उसी पृथिवी के नीचे का धनोदधिवात बीस हजार योजन मोटा है। इसलिए दूसरी पृथिवी के ठीक मध्य भाग से दूसरे घनोदधिवात का अन्तिम भाग (६६+२०८६) छयासी हजार योजन के अन्तरवाला सिद्ध हो जाता है।
