३०४. नाणावरणिज्जस्स- वेयणिय आउय - नाम - अंतराइयस्स एएसि णं पंचहं कम्मपगडीणं अट्ठावन्न उत्तरपगडीओ पण्णत्तओ ।

ज्ञानावरणीय, वेदनीय, आयु, नाम और अन्तराय इन पांच कर्मप्रकृतियों की उत्तरप्रकृतियां अट्ठावन (५+२+४+४२+५=५८ ) कही गई हैं ।
३०५ – गोथूभस्स णं आवासपव्वयस्स पच्चत्थिमिल्लाओ चरमंताओ वलयामुहस्स महापायालस्स बहुमज्झदेसभाए एस णं अट्ठावन्नं जोयणसहस्साइं अबाहाए अंतरे पण्णत्ते । एवं चउद्दिसं पिनेयव्वं ।
गोस्तूभ आवासपर्वत के पश्चिमी चरमान्त भाग से बड़वामुख महापाताल के बहुमध्य देशभाग का अन्तर अट्ठावन हजार बिना किसी बाधा के कहा गया है। इसी प्रकार चारों ही दिशाओं में जानना चाहिए। विवेचन - ऊपर गोस्तूभ आवासपर्वत से बड़वामुख महापाताल के मध्य भाग का सत्तावन हजार योजन अन्तर जिस प्रकार से बतलाया गया है उसमें एक हजार योजन और आगे तक का माप मिलाने पर अट्ठावन हजार योजन का सिद्ध हो जाता है। इसी प्रकार शेष तीन महापातालों का भी अन्तर जानना चाहिए ।

३०६ – चंदस्स णं संवच्छरस्स एगमेगे उऊ एगूणसट्ठि राइंदियाइं राइंदियग्गेणं पण्णत्ते । चन्द्रसंवत्सर (चन्द्रमा की गति की अपेक्षा से माने जाने वाले संवत्सर) की एक-एक ऋतु रातदिन की गणना से उनसठ रात्रि-दिन की कही गई है।
३०७–संभवे णं अरहा एगूणसट्ठि पुव्वसयसहस्साइं अगारमज्झे वसित्ता मुंडे भवित्ता अगाराओ अणगारियं पव्वइए ।
सम्भव अर्हन् उनसठ लाख पूर्व वर्ष अगार के मध्य (गृहस्थावस्था) में रहकर मुंडित हो अगार त्याग कर अनगारिता में प्रव्रजित हुए ।
३०८–मल्लिस्स णं अरहओ एगूणसट्ठि ओहिनाणिसया होत्था । मल्लि अर्हन् के संघ में उनसठ सौ (५९००) अवधिज्ञानी थे । ॥ एकोनषष्टिस्थानक समवाय समाप्त ॥
