इस सब कार्य-शैली पर विहंगम अवलोकन करने के पश्चात् मेरे मन में एक संकल्प उठा। आज प्रायः सविद्वानों की कार्यशैली काफी भिन्नता लिए हुए है। कहीं आगमों का मूल पाठ मात्र प्रकाशित किया जा रहा है तो कहीं आगमों की विशाल व्याख्यायें की जा रही हैं। एक पाठक के लिए दुर्बोध है तो दूसरी जटिल। सामान्य पाठक को सरलतापूर्वक आगम ज्ञान प्राप्त हो सके, एतदर्थ मध्यम मार्ग का अनुसरण आवश्यक है। आगमों का एक ऐसा संस्करण होना चाहिए जो सरल हो, सुबोध हो, संक्षिप्त और प्रामाणिक हो। मेरे स्वर्गीय गुरुदेव ऐसा ही आगम-संस्करण चाहते थे। इसी भावना को लक्ष्ण में रखकर मैंने ५-६ वर्ष पूर्व इस विषय की चर्चा प्रारम्भ की थी, सुदीर्घ चिन्तन के पश्चात् वि.सं. २०३६ वैशाख शुक्ला दशमी, भगवान् महावीर कैवल्यदिवस को यह दृढ़ निश्चय घोषित कर दिया और आगमबत्तीसी का सम्पादन-विवेचन कार्य प्रारम्भ भी। इस साहसिक निर्णय में गुरुभ्राता शासनसेवी श्री ब्रजलाल जी म. की प्रेरणा/प्रोत्साहन तथा मार्गदर्शन मेरा प्रमुख सम्बल बना है। साथ ही अनेक मुनिवरों तथा सद्गृहस्थी का भक्ति-भाव भरा सहयोग प्राप्त हुआ है, जिनका नामोल्लेख किये बिना मन सन्तुष्ट नहीं होगा। आगम अनुयोग शैली के सम्पादक मुनि श्री कन्हैयालालजी म. "कमल", प्रसिद्ध साहित्यकार श्री देवेन्द्रमुनिजी म. शास्त्री, आचार्य श्री आत्मारामजी म. के प्रशिष्य भंडारी श्री पदमचन्दजी म. एवं | प्रवचन भूषण श्री अमरमुनिजी, विद्वद्रत्न श्री ज्ञानमुनिजी म.; स्व. विदुषी महासती श्री उज्ज्वलकुंवरजी म. की सुशिष्याएं महासती दिव्यप्रभाजी, एम.ए. पी-एच.डी.; महासती मुक्तिप्रभाजी तथा विदुषी महासती श्री उमरावकुंवरजी म. 'अर्चना', विश्रुत विद्वान् श्री दलसुखभाई मालवणिया, सुख्यात विद्वान् पं. श्री शोभाचन्द्र जी भारिल्ल, स्व. पं. श्री हीरालालजी शास्त्री, डॉ. छगनलालजी शास्त्री एवं श्रीचन्दजी सराणा "सरस" आदि मनीषियों का सहयोग आगमसम्पादन के इस दुरूह कार्य को सरल बना सका है। इन सभी के प्रति मन आदर व कृतज्ञ भावना से अभिभूत है। इसी के साथ सेवा-सहयोग की दृष्टि से सेवाभावी शिष्य मुनि विनयकुमार एवं महेन्द्र मुनि का साहचर्य-सहयोग, महासती श्री कानकुंवरजी, महासती श्री झणकारकुंवरजी का सेवा भाव सदा प्रेरणा देता रहा है। इस प्रसंग पर इस कार्य के प्रेरणा-स्रोत स्व. श्रीवक चिमनसिंहजी लोढ़ा, स्व. श्री पुखराजजी सिसोदिया का स्मरण भी सहजरूप में हो आता है जिनके अथक प्रेरणा प्रयत्नों से आगम समिति अपने कार्य में इतनी शीघ्र सफल हो रही है। दो वर्ष के इस अल्पकाल में ही दस आगम ग्रन्थों का मुद्रण तथा करीब १५२० आगमों का अनुवाद-सम्पादन हो जाना हमारे सब सहयोगियों की गहरी लगन का द्योतक है।
मुझे सुदृढ़ विश्वास है कि परम श्रद्धेय स्वर्गीय स्वामी श्री हजारीमलजी महाराज आदि तपोपूत आत्माओं के शुभाशीर्वाद से तथा हमारे श्रमणसंघ के भाग्यशाली नेता राष्ट्र-संत आचार्य श्री आनन्दऋषिजी म. आदि मुनिजनों के सद्भाव-सहकार के बल पर यह संकल्पित जिनवाणी का सम्पादन-प्रकाशन कार्य शीघ्र ही सम्पन्न होगा।
