[ समवायाङ्गसूत्र मनुष्यों के पन्द्रह प्रकार के प्रयोग कहे गये, जैसे- - १. सत्यमन: प्रयोग, २. मृषामनः प्रयोग, ३. सत्यमृषामन:प्रयोग, ४. असत्यामृषामन: प्रयोग, ५. सत्यवचनप्रयोग, ६. मृषावचनप्रयोग, ७. सत्यमृषावचनप्रयोग, ८. असत्यामृषावचनप्रयोग, ९. औदारिकशरीरकायप्रयोग, १०. औदारिकमिश्रशरीरकायप्रयोग, ११. वैक्रियशरीरकायप्रयोग, १२. वैक्रियमिश्रशरीरकायप्रयोग, १३. आहारकशरीरकाय प्रयोग १४. आहारकमिश्रशरीरकायप्रयोग और १५. कार्मणशरीरकायप्रयोग ।
विवेचन - आत्मा के परिस्पन्द क्रिया परिणाम या व्यापार को प्रयोग कहते हैं । अथवा जिस क्रियापरिणाम रूप योग के साथ आत्मा प्रकर्ष रूप से सम्बन्ध को प्राप्त हो उसे प्रयोग कहते हैं । सत्य अर्थ के चिन्तन रूप व्यापार को सत्यमन: प्रयोग कहते । इसी प्रकार मृषा (असत्य) अर्थ के चिन्तनरूप व्यापार को मृषामन: प्रयोग, सत्य असत्य रूप दोनों प्रकार के मिश्रित अर्थ-चिन्तन रूप व्यापार को सत्यमृषामनःप्रयोग तथा सत्य - मृषा से रहित अनुभय अर्थ रूप चिन्तन को असत्यामृषामनः प्रयोग कहते हैं । इसी प्रकार से सत्य, मृषा आदि चारों प्रकार के वचन-प्रयोगों का अर्थ जानना चाहिए। औदारिकशरीर वाले पर्याप्तक मनुष्य-तिर्यंचों के शरीर - व्यापार को औदारिकशरीरकायप्रयोग और अपर्याप्तक उन्हीं मनुष्यतिर्यंचों के शरीर - व्यापार को औदारिकमिश्रशरीरकायप्रयोग कहते हैं । इसी प्रकार से पर्याप्तक देव नारकों के वैक्रिय शरीर के व्यापार को वैक्रियशरीरकायप्रयोग और अपर्याप्तक उन्हीं देव- नारकों के शरीरव्यापार को वैक्रियमिश्रशरीरकायप्रयोग कहते हैं। आहारकशरीरी होकर औदारिक शरीर पुनः ग्रहण करते समय के व्यापार को आहारकमि श्रशरीरकायप्रयोग और आहारकशरीर के व्यापार के समय आहारकशरीरकायप्रयोग होता है। एक गति को छोड़कर अन्य गति को जाते हुए विग्रहगति में जीव के जो योग होता है, उसे कार्मणशरीरकायप्रयोग कहते हैं । केवली भगवान् के समुद्घात करने की दशा में तीसरे, चौथे और पांचवें समय में भी कार्मणशरीरकाययोग होता है ।

१०८ – इमीसे णं रयणप्पभाए पुढवीए अत्थेगइआणं नेरइयाणं पन्नरस पनिओवमाई ठिई पण्णत्ता। पंचमीए पुढवीए अत्थेगइआणं नेरइयाणं पन्नरस सागरोवमाइं ठिई पण्णत्ता । असुरकुमाराणं देवाणं अत्थेगइआणं पन्नरस पलिओवमाइं ठिई पण्णत्ता । सोहम्मीसाणेसु कप्पेसु अत्थेगइआणं देवाणं पन्नरस पलिओवमाइं ठिई पण्णत्ता ।
इस रत्नप्रभा पृथिवी में कितनेक नारकों की स्थिति पन्द्रह पल्योपम कही गई है। पांचवी धूमप्रभा पृथिवी में कितनेक नारकों की स्थिति पन्द्रह सागरोपम कही गई है। कितनेक असुरकुमार देवों की स्थिति पन्द्रह पल्योपम कही गई है। सौधर्म ईशान कल्पों में कितनेक देवों की स्थिति पन्द्रह पल्योपम कही गई

१०९ - महासुक्के कप्पे अत्थेगइआणं देवाणं पन्नरस सागरोवमाई ठिई पण्णत्ता । जे देवा णंदं सुणंदं णंदावत्तं णंदप्पभं णंदकंतं णंदवण्णं णंदलेसं णंदज्झयं णंदसिंगं णंदसिट्ठ णंदकूडं णंदुत्तरवडिंसगं विमाणं देवत्ताए उववण्णा तेसि णं देवाणं उक्कोसेणं पन्नरस सागरोवमाइं ठिई पण्णत्ता । ते णं देवा पण्णरसण्हं अद्धमासाणं आणमंति वा, पाणमंति वा, उस्ससंति वा, नीससंति वा । तेसि णं देवाण पण्णरसहिं वाससहस्सेहिं आहारट्ठे समुप्पज्जइ ।
