भनुपूर्ति [तृतीय (b) The Bhavan will appoint Muni Jinavijayaji as
the Head of the Department so long as he is willing to work and as such he would be the Editor of the Singhi Jain Series as he has been
hithertobefore; (c) That whatever monies you donate for the Gnyan
Pith would be used exclusively for the purpose of that Department and the publication of the
Jain Series. (d) That whatever books connected with the Jain
Shastra published by the Bhavan also will be
included in this Series; (e) That the sale proceeds of the books will also
be credited to the account of this Department and will be utilised for maintaining it and
publishing further works ; (f) Even if a grant is not received from you for
the annual maintenance of this department and the publication of works the Bhavan undertakes to continue the Series from the surplus sale proceeds of the Series and maintain the Singhi
Gnyan Pith as part of the Bhavan; (g) That a hall will be named Shree Bahadur
Singhji Singhi Hall. On hearing from you on this we will immediately take steps to get this approved by the Committee.
I agree with Muniji and yourself that now that we three are collaborating we should strenuously increase our work for the coming five years.
