अष्टादश अध्ययन [२१६
कहं धीरो अहेऊहिं, उम्पत्तो व्व महिं चरे ?
एए विसेसमादाय, सूरा दढपरक्कमा ॥५२॥ ये भरत आदि शूरवीर दृढ़ पराक्रमी राजा जिनशासन में विशेषता जानकर ही प्रव्रजित हुए थे। अहेतुवादों से प्रेरित होकर अब कोई धीर पुरुष उन्मत्तों के समान पृथ्वी पर कैसे विचरण करे ॥५२॥
Being well aware of the out-topping excellence of Jain-order these intrepid champions like Bharat etc., were consecrated. How a wise and steady man, being inspired by reasonless disputations (अहेतुवाद) can live on earth as a madman. (53)
अच्चन्तनियाणखमा, सच्चा मे भासियावई ।
अतरिंसु तरन्तेगे, तरिस्सन्ति अणागया ॥५३॥ मैंने यह अत्यन्त निदानक्षम- पूर्णरूप से आत्म शुद्धि करने वाली सत्यवाणी कही है। इस वाणी को धारण करके अतीत काल में अनेक व्यक्ति संसार समुद्र से पार हो गये हैं, वर्तमान में पार हो रहे हैं और भविष्य में भी पार होंगे ॥५३॥
I have spoken to you the dialect which is utter-true and excellently capable to purification (अच्चन्तनियाणखमा). By taking this dialect to mind and heart innumerable persons crossed the ocean of world in past, crossing now in present and will cross in future. (53)
कहं धीरे अहेऊहिं, अत्ताणं परियावसे ? सव्वसंगविनिम्मुक्के, सिद्धे हवइ नीरए ॥५४॥
-त्ति बेमि। धीर साधक एकान्तवादी अहेतुवाद में अपनी आत्मा को कैसे लगा सकता है? जो सभी प्रकार के संगों-सम्वन्धों से विनिर्मुक्त होता है, वह कर्ममल से रहित होकर सिद्ध होता है ॥५४॥ -ऐसा मैं कहता हूँ।
How can a steady adept indulge his soul in causeless disputations ? Who is free from all the worldly ties-connections, he becomes liberated, becoming free from the whole karmadust. (54)
