प्रथम दशा
हिन्दीभाषाटीकासहितम् ।
“दशाश्रुतस्कन्धसूत्र” में इन दोनों स्थानों को “संजलणे, कोहणे" ।। ८ ।। एक ही स्थान कहा गया है । 'समवायाङ्ग सूत्र में 'पिट्ठि-मंसिए' यह दशवां स्थान प्रतिपादन किया गया है, किन्तु ‘दशाश्रुतस्कन्धसूत्र' में "पिट्ठिमंसिए यावि भवइ" इस प्रकार ६वां स्थान ही कहा गया है । 'समवायाङ्ग सूत्र' में "ससरक्ख-पाणि-पाए" यह १६वां स्थान है, किन्तु 'दशाश्रुतस्कन्धसूत्र' में “अकाले सज्झाकारि-यावि भवइ" इस स्थान के आगे “ससरक्ख-पाणि-पाए" स्थान लिखा गया है और 'समवायङ्ग सूत्र' में “अकाल-सज्झाय-कारए यावि भवइ यह १६ वें स्थान में प्रतिपादन किया गया है । 'समवायाङ्ग सूत्र' में “कलहकरे” १६ वां स्थान और दशाश्रुतस्कन्धसूत्र में १७वां स्थान प्रतिपादन किया गया है । “दशाश्रुतस्कन्धसूत्र" में पूर्व अङ्क की न्यूनता पूर्ति के लिये “असमाहि-कारए" 'असमाधि-कारकः प्रतिपादन किया गया है । तथा 'दशाश्रुतस्कन्धसूत्र' की किसी २ प्रति में “असमाहि-कारए" इसके स्थान पर "भेयकरे" पाठ भी मिलता है, किन्तु इससे केवल शब्द-भेद ही होता है अर्थ में कोई भेद नहीं पड़ता । अतः बुद्धिमान व्यक्तियों को उचित है कि इन अंकों को विचारपूर्वक स्मरण रखते हुए असमाधि-स्थानों को दूर कर समाधि-स्थानों की प्राप्ति करें; जिससे आत्म-शुद्धि हो जाने से आत्मा को निर्वाण-पद की प्राप्ति हो सके ।
समाधि ही मोक्ष पद देने वाली है न कि असमाधि, इसलिए मोक्ष की इच्छा करने वाले को समाधिस्थ होना चाहिए ।
अब सूत्रकार अध्ययन की समाप्ति करते हुए लिखते हैं :
एते खलु ते थेरेहिं भगवंतेहिं बीसं असमाहिठाणा पण्णत्ता-त्ति बेमि ।। २१ ।।
__इति पढमा दसा समत्ता ।। एतानि खलु तानि स्थविरैर्भगवदभिर्विंशत्यसमाधिस्थानानि प्रज्ञप्तानि"इति ब्रवीमि ।। २१ ।।
इति प्रथमा दशा समाप्ता ।। पदार्थान्वयः-एते-ये खलु-निश्चय से ते-वे थेरेहिं-स्थविर भगवंतेहिं-भगवन्तों ने बीस-बीस असमाहि-असमाधि के ठाणा-स्थान पण्णत्ता-प्रतिपादन किये हैं | त्ति-इस प्रकार बेमि-मैं कहता हूं ।। इति-इस तरह पढमा-पहला दसा–अध्ययन समत्ता-समाप्त हुआ ।
