हिन्दीभाषाटीकासहितम् ।
तीसे णं अतिजायमाणीए वा निज्जायमाणीए वा जाव किं ते आसगस्स सदति ।

यावत्तेन तां दारिकां यावद् भार्यातया ददति । सा नु तस्य भार्या भवति, एका, एकजाया यावत्तथैव सर्वं भणितव्यम् । तस्या अतियान्त्या निर्यात्या वा यावत्कितवास्यकस्य स्वदते ।
पदार्थान्वयः - जाव - यावत् तेणं-उस दहेज आदि के साथ तं - उस दारियं-लड़की को उसके माता-पिता - भाई आदि भारित्ताए - भार्या - रूप से (किसी सम कुल और वित्त वाले को) दलयति-देते हैं फिर सा- वह तस्स - उसकी भारिया - भार्या (पत्नी) भवति - हो जाती है एगा - अकेली एगजाया - सपत्नी रहित होती है जाव - यावत् शेष सव्वं - सब तहेव - जैसा पहले कहा जा चुका है उसी प्रकार भाणियव्वं - कहना चाहिए । तीसे णं - उसके अतिजायमाणीए - घर में प्रवेश करते हुए निज्जायमाणीए - घर से बाहर निकलते हुए जाव-यावत् ते- आपके आसगस्स - मुख को किं- क्या सदति - अच्छा लगता है ।
मूलार्थ - उस कन्या को उसके माता-पिता और भाई-बन्धु तदुचित दहेज के साथ किसी सम कुल और वित्त वाले युवक को भार्या- रूप से देते हैं । वह उसकी एक और सपत्नी-रहित पत्नी हो जाती है । शेष सब पूर्ववत् जानना चाहिये । फिर जब वह घर के भीतर या घर से बाहर जाती है तो अनेक दास और दासियां प्रार्थना में रहती हैं कि आपके मुख को कौनसा पदार्थ स्वादिष्ट लगता है ।
