नवमी दशा
हिन्दीभाषाटीकासहितम् ।
अभाव से सर्वदर्शी कहे जाते हैं । इन महापुरुषों की निन्दा करने से आत्मा महा-मोहनीय कर्म की उपार्जना करता है । जो व्यक्ति ऐसा कहते हैं कि आज तक संसार में कोई सर्वज्ञ हुआ ही नहीं यह उनकी कपोलकल्पना मात्र है । वे लोग कहते हैं कि जितने भी सर्वज्ञ के लक्षण बताये गए हैं वे सब चण्डूखाने की गप्पें हैं क्योंकि आज तक कोई सर्वज्ञ दिखाई ही नहीं दिया तो फिर उसका लक्षण किस प्रकार हो सकता है । ज्ञेय अनन्त हैं एक व्यक्ति की बुद्धि में वे सब नहीं आ सकते अतः सर्वज्ञ कोई हो ही नहीं सकता । जितने भी शास्त्र हैं वे सब केवल बुद्धिमानों के वाग्-जाल रूप हैं । एक व्यक्ति एक ही समय में लोकालोक देख लेता है यह कदापि सम्भव नहीं क्योंकि इसमें कोई प्रमाण नहीं मिलता इत्यादि हेत्वाभास से सर्वज्ञ को न मानने वाले उक्त कर्म के बन्धन में फंस जाते हैं । हम सर्वज्ञ की सिद्धि पहली दशा के पहले सूत्र में चुके हैं ।

अब सूत्रकार उक्त विषय में ही बीसवें स्थान का विषय वर्णन करते हैं नेयाइ ( उ ) अस्स मग्गस्स दुट्टे अवयरई बहुं । तं तिप्पयन्तो भावेइ महामोहं पकुव्वइ ।।२०।।
नैयायिकस्य मार्गस्य दुष्टोऽपकरोति बहु ।
तं तर्पयन् भावयति महामोहं प्रकुरुते ||२०||

पदार्थान्वसः - नेयाइअस्स- न्याय - युक्त मग्गस्स मार्ग का दुट्ठे- दुष्ट अथवा द्वेषी बहु - अत्यन्त अवयरई - अपकार करता है और तं-उस मार्ग की तिप्पयन्तो निन्दा करता हुआ भावे - अपने आप को अथवा दूसरे व्यक्तियों को उस मार्ग से पृथक् करता है वह महामोहं - महा- मोहनीय कर्म की पकुव्वइ - उपार्जना करता है ।
मूलार्थ - जो दुष्ट आत्मा न्याय संगत मार्ग का अपकार करता है और उसकी निन्दा करता हुआ अपने और दूसरों की आत्मा को उससे पृथक् करता है वह महा-मोहनीय कर्म की उपार्जना करता है ।

Those who are devoid of insight are called **sarvadarshis**. By criticizing these great souls, the soul acquires **maha-mohaniya karma**. Those who say that no **sarvagna** has ever existed in the world are merely indulging in **kapolkalpana** (imagination). They say that all the characteristics of a **sarvagna** are just **chandukhana ki gappen** (nonsense) because no **sarvagna** has ever been seen, so how can there be any characteristics? They argue that knowledge is infinite and one person's intellect cannot encompass it all, therefore a **sarvagna** cannot exist. All scriptures are just **vag-jal** (verbal tricks) of the intelligent. It is impossible for one person to see the entire universe at once because there is no evidence for it. Such **hetu-abhas** (fallacious reasoning) leads those who deny the existence of a **sarvagna** to be bound by **karma**.
