मासिकी नु भिक्षु-प्रतिमां प्रतिपन्नः (स्य) कल्पते त्रीन् संस्तारकान् प्रतिलेखयितुम् । तद्यथा-पृथिवी-शिलां वा काष्ठशिलां वा यथा-संसृतमेव । मासिकी नु भिक्षु-प्रतिमां प्रतिपन्नः-(स्य) कल्पते त्रीन् संस्तारकाननुज्ञापयितुम्, तांश्चैव । मासिकी नु भिक्षु-प्रतिमां प्रतिपन्नः (स्य) कल्पते त्रीन संस्तारकानुपातिनेतुम् (उपग्रहीतुम्), तांश्चैव ।
पदार्थान्वयः-मासियं णं-मासिकी भिक्खु-पडिमं-भिक्षु-प्रतिमा पडिवन्नस्स-प्रतिपन्न अनगार को तओ-तीन प्रकार के संथारगा-संस्तारक पडिलेहित्तए-प्रतिलेखन करने कप्पति-योग्य हैं | तं जहा-जैसे-पुढवी-सिलं वा-पृथिवी की शिला अथवा कट्ठ-सिलं-काष्ठ की शिला (फलक) अथवा अहा-संथडमेव-जैसे पहले उपाश्रय में संसृत (बिछा हुआ) है। मासियं-मासिकी भिक्खु-पडिमं-भिक्षु-प्रतिमा पडिवन्नस्स-प्रतिपन्न अनगार को तओ-तीन प्रकार के संथारगा-संस्तारकों के लिए अणुण्णवेत्तए-आज्ञा लेनी कप्पति-योग्य है, तं चेव-और वही जो पहले कहे जा चुके हैं । मासियं-मासिकी भिक्खु-पडिम-भिक्षु-प्रतिमा पडिवन्नस्स-प्रतिपन्न अनगार को तओ-तीन प्रकार के संथारगा-संस्तारक उवाइणित्तए-ग्रहण करना कप्पति-योग्य है, तं चेव-और वे पूर्वोक्त ही हैं ।
मूलार्थ-मासिकी भिक्षु-प्रतिमा-प्रतिपन्न अनगार को तीन प्रकार के-पृथिवी की शिला, काष्ठ की शिला (काष्ठ-फलक) और यथासंसृत-संस्तारकों की प्रतिलेखना करना, उनके लिए आज्ञा लेना और उनको ग्रहण करना योग्य है |
टीका-इस सूत्र में प्रतिमा-प्रतिपन्न अनगार के संस्तारक के विषय में प्रतिपादन किया गया है । उसको पहले तीन प्रकार के-पृथिवी-शिला, काष्ठ-शिला (फलक) और यथा-संसृत (जो कुछ पहले से बिछा हो, जैसे-कुशा आदि)-संस्तारकों को देखना चाहिए, फिर उनके लिए आज्ञा लेनी चाहिए और तब इनको ग्रहण करना चाहिए अर्थात् आज्ञा लेकर ही इनको ग्रहण करना चाहिए (त्रयः संस्तारकाः कल्प्यन्ते उपनेतुं भोक्तुम्) ।
