षष्ठी दशा
इसको दावाग्नि (वन की अग्नि) में जला दो । इसके मांस के कौड़ी के समान टुकड़े कर इसी को खिला दो । इसके अन्न और पानी का निरोध कर दो । इसको आयु-पर्यन्त बन्धन में रखों । इसको किसी और कुमृत्यु से मार डालो, इत्यादि अनेक प्रकार के घृणित और कठोर दण्ड वह अपनी बाहिरी परिषद् के लिए विधान करता है । न्याय तो वह जानता ही नहीं ।
संसार में प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को न्याय के मार्ग का ही अनुसरण करना चाहिए, अन्याय के मार्ग का नहीं | नास्तिक सिद्धान्तों पर चलने से आत्मा न्याय-मार्ग को भूल अन्याय-शील बन जाता है । अतः नास्तिक-सिद्धान्तों का सर्वथा बहिष्कार करना चाहिए ।
इस सूत्र में कुछ एक स्थानों पर षष्ठी के स्थान पर भी 'इम' द्वितीया का प्रयोग हुआ है यह दोषाधायक नहीं, क्योंकि प्राकृत में प्रायः ऐसा विभक्ति व्यत्यय हो ही जाता

जाविय सा अभितरिया परिसा भवति, तं जहा-मायाति वा पियाति वा भायाति वा भगिणीति वा भज्जाति वा धूयाति वा सुण्हाति वा तेसिंपि य णं अण्णयरंसि अहा-लहुयंसि अवराहसि सयमेव गरुयं दंडं वत्तेति, तं जहाः
यापि च साभ्यन्तरी परिषद् भवति, तद्यथा-मातेति वा पितेति वा भ्रातेति वा भगिनीति वा भार्येति वा दुहितेति वा स्नुषेति वा तेषामपि च न्वन्यतरस्मिन् यथा-लघुकेऽपराधे स्वयमेव गुरुकं दण्डं वर्तयति, तद्यथाः
पदार्थान्वयः-जाविय-और जो सा-वह अभिंतरिया-आभ्यन्तरी (भीतरी) परिसा-परिषद् भवति होती है तं जहा-जैसे मायाति-माता वा अथवा पियाति-पिता वा-अथवा भायाति-भ्राता वा-अथवा भगिणीति-भगिनी वा-अथवा भज्जाति-भार्या वा-अथवा धूयाति-दुहिता (कन्या) सुण्हाति-पुत्र-वधू यहां सर्वत्र “ति" इति शब्द पद की समाप्ति के अर्थ में है “वा” शब्द समूह वाचक है तेसिंपि य-उनको भी अण्णयरंसि-किसी अहा
