पंचमी दशा
सम्पूर्ण सूत्र का निष्कर्ष यह निकला कि सब से पहिले दश समाधि-स्थानों के स्वरूप भली प्रकार जान लेने चाहिएं, फिर उनसे ज्ञान, दर्शन और चारित्र की शुद्धि कर श्रेणि-शुद्धि की सहायता से आत्म-शुद्धि प्राप्त करे । शुद्धि-प्राप्त करने पर आत्मा मोक्ष-पद की प्राप्ति करता है ।
इस प्रकार श्री सुधर्मा स्वामी जी अपने शिष्य जम्बू स्वामी जी से कहते है “हे शिष्य! जिस प्रकार मैंने इस दशा का अर्थ श्री श्रमण भगवान् महावीर स्वामी के मुखारविन्द से श्रवण किया था उसी प्रकार तुम्हारे प्रति कहा है, किन्तु मैंने अपनी बुद्धि से कुछ भी नहीं कहा" ।
