समुप्पज्जेज्जा दिव्वं देविद्धिं दिव्वं देवाणुभावं पासित्तए; ओहि-णाणे वा से असमुप्पण्ण-पुव्वे समुप्पज्जेज्जा ओहिणा लोगं जाणित्तए।
धर्म-चिन्ता वा तस्यासमुत्पन्नपूर्वा समुत्पद्येत, सर्वं धर्मं ज्ञातुम्; स्वप्न-दर्शनं वा तस्यासमुत्पन्नपूर्वं समुत्पद्येत यथातथ्यं स्वप्नं द्रष्टुम्; संज्ञि-जाति-स्मरणेन संज्ञि-ज्ञानं वा तस्यासमुत्पन्नपूर्वं समुत्पद्येत स्वकीयां पौराणिकी जातिं स्मर्तुम्; देव-दर्शनं वा तस्यासमुत्पन्नपूर्वं समुत्पद्येत दिव्यां देवर्द्धिं दिव्यां देव-द्युतिं दिव्यं देवानुभावं द्रष्टुम्; अवधि-ज्ञानं वा तस्यासमुत्पन्नपूर्वं समुत्पद्येत अवधिना लोकं ज्ञातुम् ।
पदार्थान्वयः-धम्म-चिंता-धर्म की चिंता (अनुप्रेक्षा या भावना) असमुप्पण्ण-पुव्वा-जो पहले अनुत्पन्न है यदि से-उसको समुप्पज्जेज्जा हो जाय तो वह कल्याण-भागी साधु सव्वं-सब तरह के धम्म-धर्म को जाणित्तए-जान लेता है । वा-समुच्चय या विकल्प अर्थ में है । सुमिण-दंसणे-स्वप्न-दर्शन से-जो उसको असमुप्पण्ण-पुव्वे-पहले उत्पन्न नहीं हुआ यदि समुप्पज्जेज्जा-उत्पन्न हो जाय तो वह अहातच्च-यथातथ्य सुमिणं-स्वप्न को पासित्तए-देखता है (देख कर समाधि प्राप्त करता है) सण्णि-संज्ञा वाला अथवा जाइ-सरणेणं-जाति स्मरण से से-उसको सण्णि-णाणं-संज्ञि-ज्ञान असमुप्पण्ण-पुव्वे-पूर्व उत्पन्न नहीं हुआ है यदि समुप्पज्जेज्जा-उत्पन्न हो जाय तो अप्पणो अपनी पोराणियं-पुरानी (पिछली) जाई-जाति सुमरित्तए-स्मरण करता हुआ समाधि प्राप्त करता है । देव-दंसणे-देव-दर्शन से-उसको असमुप्पण्ण-पुव्वे-पूर्व उत्पन्न नहीं हुआ यदि समुप्पज्जेज्जा-उत्पन्न हो जाय तो दिव्वं-प्रधान देविद्धि-देवर्द्धि दिव्वं-प्रधान देव-जुई-देव-द्युति दिव्वं-प्रधान देवाणुभावं-देवानुभाव को पासित्तए-देखकर चित्त को समाधि आ जाती है । ओहि-णाणे-अवधि-ज्ञान से-उसको असमुप्पण्ण-पुव्वे-पहले उत्पन्न नहीं हुआ यदि समुप्पज्जेज्जा-उत्पन्न हो जाय तो वह ओहिणा-अवधि-ज्ञान से लोग-लोक को जाणित्तए-जानकर चित्त-समाधि की प्राप्ति करता है । . ____ मूलार्थ-जिसके चित्त में पहले से धर्म की भावना नहीं है उसको यदि धर्म-भावना हो जाय तो वह सब धर्म जान सकता है (इससे चित्त को समाधि आ जाती है) । यथार्थ स्वप्न पूर्व असमुत्पन्न है यदि उत्पन्न
