१०९. जम्बूद्वीप द्वीप के भरत और ऐरवत क्षेत्र में अतीत उत्सर्पिणी के सुषमा नामक आरे का काल तीन कोडाकोडी सागरोपम था। ११०. इसी प्रकार वर्तमान अवसर्पिणी में। १११. तथा इसी प्रकार आगामी उत्सर्पिणी काल के विषय में जानना चाहिए। ११२. धातकीषण्ड के पूर्वार्ध और पश्चिमार्ध में भी तथा पुष्करवरद्वीपार्ध के पूर्वार्ध और पश्चिमार्ध में भी ऐसा ही जानना चाहिए।

In Jambu Dveep in Bharat and Airavat areas the length of Sukhama ara (epoch of happiness) of the past Utsarpini (progressive cycle of time) was three koda-kodi Sagaropam (a metaphoric unit of time). 110. The same is true for the current Avasarpini (regressive cycle of time) as well as 111. the coming Utsarpini (progressive cycle of time). 112. The same is also true for the eastern and western halves of Dhatakikhand and the eastern and western halves of Pushakaravardveepardh continents.
११३. जंबुद्दीवे दीवे भरहेरवएसु वासेसु तीताए उस्सप्पिणीए सुसमसुसमाए समाए मणुया तिण्णि गाउयाई उठं उच्चत्तेणं होत्था, तिण्णि पलिओवमाई परमाउं पालइत्था। ११४. एवं-इमीसे
ओसप्पिणीए, आगमिस्साए उस्सप्पिणीए। ११५. जंबुद्दीवे दीवे देवकुरु उत्तरकुरासु मणुया तिण्णि गाउयाइं उडं उच्चत्तेणं पण्णत्ता, तिण्णि पलिओवमाइं परमाउं पालयंति। ११६. एवं जाव पुक्खरवरदीवद्धपच्चत्थिमद्धे।
११३. जम्बूद्वीप द्वीप के भरत और ऐरवत क्षेत्र में अतीत उत्सर्पिणी के सुषम-सुषमा आरे में मनुष्यों की ऊँचाई तीन गव्यूति (कोश) की थी और उत्कृष्ट आयु तीन पल्योपम की थी। ११४. इसी प्रकार इस वर्तमान अवसर्पिणी तथा आगामी उत्सर्पिणी में भी ऐसा ही जानना चाहिए।११५. जम्बद्वीप + द्वीप के देवकुरु और उत्तरकुरु में मनुष्यों की ऊँचाई तीन गव्यूति की और उनकी उत्कृष्ट आयु तीन
पल्योपम की होती है। ११६. धातकीषण्ड तथा पुष्करवरद्वीपार्ध के पूर्वार्ध और पश्चिमार्ध में इसी ॐ प्रकार जानना चाहिए।
