(Vritti, leave 435) 卐 As the range of subjects covered by Keval-jnana is infinite it is called 卐 infinite (anant). As there is no other knowledge higher than Keval-jnana, it is called supreme (anuttar). As it is not obstructed by a wall or any other obstruction it is called unobstructed (nirvyaghaat). As it appears when all veils are removed it is called unveiled or unclouded (niravaran). २७. [प्र.] से णं भंते ! केवलिपण्णत्तं धम्मं आघवेज्जा वा पण्णवेज्जा वा परूवेज्जा वा ? [ उ. ] नो इणट्टे समट्ठे, णऽन्नत्थ एगणाएण वा एगवागरणेण वा । २७. [ प्र. ] भगवन् ! वे असोच्चा केवली, केवलि - प्ररूपित धर्म कहते हैं, बतलाते हैं अथवा प्ररूपणा करते हैं ? 卐 卐 As it grasps all things it is called complete (kritsna). As it has no 卐 component of knowledge missing, it is called perfect (pratipurna). असोच्चा केवली द्वारा उपदेश - प्रव्रज्या SERMON AND INITIATION BY ASHRUTVA KEVALI [ उ. ] गौतम ! यह अर्थ (बात) समर्थ (शक्य) नहीं है। वे (केवल ) एक ज्ञात (उदाहरण) के अथवा एक (व्याकरण) प्रश्न के उत्तर के सिवाय अन्य (धर्म का ) उपदेश नहीं करते। [Ans.] Gautam ! That is not true. Beyond citing one example or illustration and replying to one question, he preaches nothing else (the religion). २८. [ प्र. ] से णं भंते! पव्वावेज्ज वा मुंडावेज्ज वा ? [ उ. ] णो इणट्टे समट्ठे, उवदेसं पुण करेज्जा । २८. [ प्र. ] भगवन् ! वे असोच्चा केवली (किसी को) प्रव्रजित करते हैं या मुण्डित करते हैं ? [ उ. ] गौतम ! यह अर्थ समर्थ नहीं । किन्तु उपदेश करते ( कहते ) हैं (कि तुम अमुक के पास प्रव्रज्या ग्रहण करो) । 27. [Q.] Bhante ! Does he (Ashrutva Kevali or self-enlightened omniscient) say, elaborate and propagate the religion propagated by the omniscient ? 卐 28. [Q.] Bhante ! Does he initiate or tonsure (someone) ? [Ans.] Gautam ! That is not true. However, he simply inspires and directs (someone to get initiated by some other competent person). २९. [ प्र. ] से णं भंते! सिज्झति जाव अंतं करेति ? [ उ. ] हंता, सिज्झति जाव अंतं करेति । २९. [ प्र. ] भगवन् ! (क्या असोच्चा केवली) सिद्ध होते हैं, यावत् समस्त दुःखों का अन्त करते हैं ?
