[उ. ] एवं सव्वेसु दीव-समुद्देसु जोतिसियाणं भाणियव्वं जाव सयंभूरमणे जाव सोभं सोभिंसु वा सोभंति वा सोभिस्संति वा। सेवं भंते ! सेवं भंते ! त्ति०।
॥ नवम सए : बीओ उद्देसओ समत्तो ॥ * ५. [प्र. ] भगवन् ! पुष्करोद समुद्र में कितने चन्द्रों ने प्रकाश किया, प्रकाश करते हैं और प्रकाश 卐करेंगे? म [उ. ] (जीवाभिगमसूत्र की तीसरी प्रतिपत्ति के दूसरे उद्देशक में) समस्त द्वीपों और समुद्रों में कज्योतिष्क देवों का जो वर्णन किया गया है, उसी प्रकार, यावत् स्वयंभूरमण समुद्र में यावत् शोभित हुए,
शोभित होते हैं और शोभित होंगे; (वहाँ तक कहना चाहिए)। 卐 हे भगवन् ! यह इसी प्रकार है; भगवन् ! यह इसी प्रकार है; (यों कहकर यावत् भगवान गौतम
विचरते हैं)। 4 5. (Q.) Bhante ! How many moons did shine, do shine and will shine 4 on Pushkarardha sea ?
[Ans.] This follows the description of the Stellar gods in all continents and seas (as mentioned in the second lesson of the third chapter of 15 Jivabhigam Sutra) ... and so on up to... "did shine, do shine and will 卐shine on Svayambhuraman sea."
