[ उ. ] गोयमा ! नो बंधए, अबंधए ।
१२४. [ प्र. १ ] भगवन् ! जिस जीव के वैक्रियशरीर का देशबन्ध है, क्या वह औदारिकशरीर का बन्धक है, अथवा अबन्धक है ?
[ उ.] गौतम ! वह बन्धक नहीं, अबन्धक है।
124. [Q. 1] Bhante ! A living being (soul) who has acquired bondage of

5 transmutable body (vaikriya sharira) of a part (desh-bandh); does he or
does he not acquire the bondage of gross physical body (audarik 5 sharira ) ?

[Ans.] He does not acquire that bondage; he remains free of this 5 bondage.
[ २ ] एवं जहेव सव्वबंधेणं भणियं तहेव देसबंधेण वि भाणियव्वं जाव कम्मगस्स ।
[ २ ] इसी प्रकार जैसे वैक्रियशरीर के सर्वबन्ध के विषय में कहा गया, वैसे ही यहाँ भी देशबन्ध के विषय में यावत् कार्मणशरीर तक कहना चाहिए।

[2] The aforesaid statements about bondage of the whole with regard to transmutable body should be repeated here for bondage of a part and so on up to ... karmic body.
१२५. [ प्र. १ ] जस्स णं भंते ! आहारगसरीरस्स सव्वबंधे से णं भंते ! ओरालियसरीरस्स किं बंधए, अबंध ?
[ उ. ] गोयमा ! नो बंधए, अबंधए ।
१२५. [ प्र. १ ] भगवन् ! जिस जीव के आहारकशरीर का सर्वबन्ध है, वह जीव औदारिकशरीर का बन्धक है या अबन्धक ?
[उ. ] गौतम ! वह बन्धक नहीं है, अबन्धक है।
125. [Q.1] Bhante ! A living being (soul) who has acquired bondage of telemigratory body (aharak sharira) of the whole (sarva-bandh); does he or does he not acquire the bondage of gross physical body (audarik sharira)?
[Ans.] He does not acquire that bondage; he remain free of this bondage.
[ २ ] एवं वेउव्वियस्स वि ।
[ २ ] इसी प्रकार वैक्रियशरीर के विषय में कहना चाहिए ।
[2] The same is true for transmutable body (vaikriya sharira).
